Activities and Attractions
Like to shop? Flagstaff Mall and many downtown shops are awaiting you to come and spend time browsing through them. The downtown area features historic city buildings and shops as well as the famous Route 66 that runs right through our town. This area is just 8 miles away, roughly 15 minutes from this home. There are many different types of markets you can enjoy from a Farmers Market to organic food stores like New Frontiers. You can also find the more traditional grocery stores nearby. You are just a few minutes to the Art festivals, Music festivals and even a play theater. These are just a few of the activities you can enjoy in the downtown area. There is also a Harkins Movie Theatre with 11 theatres just a few minutes from downtown.
Love the water? The Flagstaff Aquatic center is just down the street. Take Hwy 89 that turns into Route 66 to 4th Street. You will find this center has everything from rock climbing to water slides for all the family to enjoy.
Love to Golf ? You are just a few minutes (approx 3 miles) to the Continental Country Club open to the public for all your golfing desires.

We stayed in Flagstaff for about a month. I found the house very comfortable and relaxing. Lots of appliances for cooking, laundry in the house, cable and wifi were great, even got a little workout playing the Wii Sports! Location was very convenient, right across grocery store (Safeway) and great hiking trail in the back (Mt. Elden). Also, close to I40 if you want to get out to Sedona or Phoenix. We took day trips to Sedona, Phoenix, and the Grand Canyon, all accessible from Flagstaff. I would highly recommend this property.
My goal was to find a clean, comfortable and adequately equipped rental home where my family of six could take a series of day trips, not only to the Grand Canyon but to the many incredible National Park destinations (e.g. Tuzigoot, Walnut Canyon, Montezuma Castle, Sunset Crater, etc.) in the Flagstaff area. This Flagstaff townhome did not dissappoint. We ate lots of home-cooked meals, the kids watched lots of movies. More importantly, we were located right off of US Route 89, which not only leads to every major destination, but also just a short drive from the historic downtown and visitors center. Also, the Aquaplex, a great municipal indoor water park. It's also minutes away from Safeway, dollar stores, and numerous restaurants. In a word, this house was PERFECT for us.
I loved staying at this condo. Right off the Highway it's close to downtown and even closer to hiking Mt. Elden trails. Very quiet neighborhood. The condo is very new and in excellent condition. Even has reasonable parking for multiple cars.
My wife and I rented this unit out for the month during our wedding in Flagstaff. Some of our wedding party stayed there before and some of our family stayed there after. Plenty of room for about 6 adults.

Take I-40 Head East to the Country Club, Page exit 201. Turn right at this light, then go just past the Flagstaff, Mall. Turn left on Snow Flake Drive, then left again on Cornado, it is at Allison Drive. You are now in front of the home.
Golf: Love to Golf? Continental is just a few minutes from this home. There are plenty of things to do on this beautiful fairway which does not require a membership. It is open to the public. You may want to call ahead for the best rates. You are just 3 miles from the Golf Course. Approximately 7 minutes to the Country Club Pro shop. So hurry up to stay in this very affordable town home just waiting for you.

During the warmer months there are miles and miles of hiking and biking trails in the Coconino and Kaibab National forests. One trail will take you to the top of the San Francisco peaks. At over 12,000 feet in elevation, you can view some of the Grand Canyon to the north as well as stunning views of the surrounding area in a 360 degree circle. Come and visit us and get a great view of the Humphrey Peaks as you travel through this historical city of Flagstaff, AZ.
