Our vacation home is ideal for families and couples but also comfortable for several single persons. All rooms are lovely matching with design and furniture. Your stay in our home will be unforgettable. Enjoy laze around the pool or fishing for a catfish out of the canal, light reading in the Mexican hammock under palm trees while gently flowing the water beneath you. Perhaps you will make a boat trip starting from our dock (15 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River) to Sanibel / Captiva Island or a trip by car to the beautiful beaches of Southwest Florida... our home is a well-tried starting point. When you come back with much impressions you have earned a margarita from the pool-bar, enjoy watching the fabulous sunset you will remember Cape Corals symbolic welcome ‘It’s just like in Paradise’. On the pool dock the beautiful evening is ending with a candlelight dinner or BBQ which you have prepared on the gas grill - perhaps with the self fished catfish?

Cape Coral is a peninsula; the neighbour city is Ft. Myers, which you can reach in 10 to 15 minutes. Cape Coral has a lido near the yacht club, several golf courses and 3 or 4 boat ramps for moveable water vehicle (also jet skis for rent).Our vacation villa is situated in the southwest of Cape Coral in a restful and silent side street; there is no commercial estate and no through traffic. The homes in the surroundings are also vacation villas or homes of residents. All homes in the neighbourhood are well-tended - most of them are built between 1998 and 2005. Our lot has a direct access to the Caloosahatchee River which forms the boundary of the peninsula to the south and to the west. Over the river two gigantic bridge constructions are connecting Cape Coral with Ft. Myers. From Ft. Myers several roads are leading to the beaches in Ft. Myers Beach, Bonita Springs or Sanibel and Captiva Island. Riding with the boat is more impressive and makes more fun for you and your companions.

Wireless lan/laserprinter for your laptop: Our vacation home has a wireless access point to internet. It’s possible to phone over VoiP, to surf in the internet or send/receive emails. For the encryption you will get the code. For printing out documents we provide a HL-2040 laserprinter. Only the cable (parallel or USB) you need for using.

Area description: It is only 5 minutes by car to Publix (Supermarket) - Camelot Centre. Good dining-restaurants, bank, gas station, Mc Donald’s.

Restaurants and bars: Locations are just round the corner - S Chiquita Boulevard (Cape Harbour: waterfront dining at 'rum runners' - very good long drinks and cocktails!) and 627 S Cape Coral Prkwy at 'houlihan´s'. Live music in Cape Coral: Tiki hut. Weekends: highlife music/Jazz at 'The Bridge' in Ft. Myers Beach - there is a landing place for your boat.

Golf: Golf courses are in the neighbourhood: In Cape Coral there are about 5 golf courses (27, 18 and 9-hole-courses). They are advertised as private, semi-private or public golf courses. Green fees range between 25-30 $ in the summertime - in the wintertime up to 80 $. Ft. Myers and Bonita Springs, Naples with roundabout 50 golf courses are offering a wide ranged scala of high quality golf courses - but you must pay for.

Immer gerne wieder !!!

Da wir 2008 so zufrieden waren, stellte sich nicht die Frage wo wir 2009 hingehen (fliegen).
Tip top ausgestattet (vor allem geschmackvoll), alles sehr sauber, tolle Lage (nicht stressig und alles in der Nähe).
Nächster Supermarkt 2 min. (in 5 min. liegt einer welcher rund um die Uhr geöffnet ist).
Die Villa wird vor Ort sehr gut verwaltet bzw. steht der Verwalter für alle Fragen sofort zur Stelle.
Der Vermieter selbst erhält ebenfalls die volle Punktzahl (plus Sonderpunkte). Alles absolut vertrauensvoll und ohne Einschränkungen empfehlenswert.
Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

ein traum wurde schon bei der ankunft in ihrem haus wahr. ein liebevoll eingerichtetes haus mit allem was das herz begehrt. der service und die betreuung vor ort klappte super. wir haben uns alle in dieser zeit so wohl gefühlt das wir unseren nächsten usa urlaub gerne wieder in ihrem haus verbringen möchten. für alle die einen schönen urlaub in ruhiger und gepflegter lage und doch nicht weit von allen einkaufsmöglichkeiten suchen, kann ich dieses haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Neugierig auf unser Feriendomizil waren wir echt ueberrascht. Das Haus ist wunderschoen eingerichtet, auf nichts muss man verzichten. Alles ist sehr sauber und hat einen hohen Standard. Unser Vermieter hat uns nicht zu viele versprochen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut, hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Die Villa Nina liegt sehr zentral für Ausfluege in der Umgebung, nach Orlando, Key West, Busch Gardens bei Tampa und natuerlich die Shoppingzentren. Ein neues Mall befindet sich in der Naehe vom Flughafen Ft. Myers, dann wie immer Edison Mall, Miromar bei Tampa, Sawgrass Mill in Ft. Lauderdale. Die Restaurants Houligans, Bubbas, in Ft. Myers Olive Garden, Outback, T.J. Friday im Bell Tower Einkaufszentrum, sind sehr zu empfehlen. Ft. Myers Beach, Captiva und Sanibel sind sehr schoene Straende. Die Zeit war so schnell vorbei und wir freuen uns auf unseren naechsten Urlaub in Cape Coral, natuerlich nur in der Villa Nina. Was wir auch jetzt schon vermissen ist der Publix gleich um die Ecke bei der Villa Nina. Reiner, Renate und Maik

Einfach ein Traum...

Wir sind auf Empfehlung gekommen und können dies nur weitergeben, hier stimmte alles von Anfang an.
Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Eigentümern , sehr freundliche Betreuung vor Ort ,einwandfreie Kommunikation.
Noch schöner als auf den Bildern hat es unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen.
Die Beschreibung ist absolut korrekt,es ist komfortabel ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts,selbst der heißbegehrte Milchaufschäumer war vorhanden :-)
Der Pool war das absolute Highlight, Fitness-und Spassfaktor kamen nicht zu kurz.
Die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft,gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen,empfohlene Restaurants sind klasse und die schnell zu erreichenden Outlets laden zum ausgiebigen Shopping ein.

Fazit: Erholung pur, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!!
