Comfort and Privacy

We were very comfortable in this condo. The owner called after our first night to verify that we were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. We did not need to purchase coffee filters, dish detergent, paper towels, etc. The Master Bedroom was spacious and quiet, and the second bedroom and second bathroom were comfortable as well. High-speed internet was excellent. Television service was OK--merely basic cable, and standard (CRT) televisions in the living room and master . But really, with all of the beautiful outdoor attractions and activities in Brevard, do you really care about television? The Condo is on the second floor, and there is no elevator, so you will need to walk up and carry your suitcases. No problem for us, and I highly recommend this VRBO listing!

Great base camp location for exploring the roads on a bike.

Location worked out great. Close to downtown (.5 of a mile). Easy access to some good road biking right from the front door.

Great location, easy to walk to town

My husband and I traveled to Brevard to ride in the Assault on the Carolinas. This condo was close enough to the start line (center of downtown) to ride and arrive in less than 5 minutes. The unit was clean and neat. All basic necessities were included. We enjoyed our stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Came here with my family of four to enjoy the Thanksgiving break exploring waterfalls and was not disappointed. Condo was located just outside historic downtown Brevard.

It was clean and appearance was accurate to photos. When I asked if it was equipped to cook a small Thanksgiving dinner (family of 4) I was told yes, however not having baking dishes or a roasting pan or cookie-sheet to cook a small roast on was disappointing. Could have used another fry pan and a few more plates, as well, so not have to wash in order to have enough plates for a day's meals.

Waterfalls are located all around this area and it was a great home base for us. Downtown Brevard is very quaint, reminded me of New England. Loved all the little shops.

Owner's Response: This was a great family that booked in advance for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Although we communicated by e-mail a few times before arrival I did not have the pleasure of meeting them in person. I was unaware of the extent of cooking needs required and did not hear from them again; therefore, I believed all was well. I accept responsibility for failure of communication of full needs for this larger level (Thanksgiving meal) of cooking event and will happily accommodate in the future.
