• $175 per person per night based on double occupancy (room is $350 per night). See rates below.

  i would rent you 6 “bedrooms” or sleeping spaces on the left wing of the house for *$4,000 if your group allowed you to share it with me, These 6 bedrooms have usage of 3 full baths, they have 11 beds of which at least 3 of these beds are full or queen sized. If two people are sleeping in the beds that accommodate “couples” 14 people can fit comfortably. This is the option we most often find ourselves renting and frankly the option that we are most comfortable with.
  
  For *$5,000 you can have an extra room on my side of the house, but I still stay with my room mate in the master. This room. (the African room) has two beds and can sleep an extra three people. (two in one of the beds and one in the twin bed – for parties of 17)
• For *$6,000 I would rent you the whole house (without me and room mate) without use of the master bedroom. This is essentially different from the above deal simply by removing “the owner” from the house, but keeps the master door and bath locked.
  
  I am not really interested in renting the whole whole house with use of the master as it requires me to 'move out of the master'. if you insisted on having the whole whole house including the master i would allow it for 9 k (sleeps 19) , so i prefer to rent you the whole house without use of the master for the 6 k requested. A $2,000 security deposit would be required along with references, security is returned two days after vacating of premises, in instances where I move out. Otherwise a $1,000 security deposit is required which will be returned to you on the day of check out baring any damage.
