Beautiful Seven Mile Beach 'The Beachcomber' ground floor beachfront condo only five years old. The condo is beautifully furnished with a master with a king size bed, a guest bedroom with a king sized bed and another guest bedroom with twin beds. The condo is about 2150 square feet/ 200square meters. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with dishes, glasses and cookware. Linens and towels are included and maid service is included. The condo also has a washer and dryer. The living space includes a dining area that seats six, a living room with a 52' TV with satellite reception, and a comfortable screened in porch with chaise lounges and a dining table.
The Beachcomber condo amenities include a infinity pool only steps away with two hot tubs, a workout room, and many beach chairs and beach umbrellas which are available for guests. There are also four gas grills available for grill outs. Two beach huts are on the beachfront for those who want to avoid the sun.
The Beachcomber is perfectly located on one of the best sections of the Seven Mile Beach. The well known Ritz-Carlton Resort is only two hundred yards down the beach, and the condo is directly across the street from Fosters Grocery a popular spot in walking distance for guest to buy groceries. Beer, wine and spirits are also available in the same shopping area. In addition there are a dozen restaurants in all different price ranges available for guests to walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner. Taxi service and rental cars are also an option for guests who want to explore further. On site underground parking is available for one car.
There are options to rent jet skis, paddle boards, and sailboats along the beach, and all of the dive operators are more than willing to do a pick-up for diving or snorkeling opportunities. There are also options for trips to the famous Stingray City or the Atlantis Submarine.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a family or couples to have a vacation on a famous beach with some of the most perfect Caribbean Sea clear water and sunsets in the world.

We have owned at the Beachcomber for over 25 years. Unfortunately Hurricane Ivan destroyed the old Beachcomber. Our new building and apartment was completed in 2008.
We love to bring our family back to the Beachcomber several times each year. We live in Tennessee where I am a Professor. All of the family are avid divers, but we also enjoy the beach with a good book.

Grand Cayman is one of the friendliest and safest vacation destinations. It is a place most visitors come back to many times. We have guests that rent our unit every year, and they all have their own memories of their Cayman trips.
Beachcomber #2 is perfectly located on the Seven Mile Beach. It is convenient for all shopping and water activities. In addition, apartment #2 is on the ground floor where you can walk right out to the beach and pool without dealing with stairs or the elevator. (Please note that the owners generally use the unit during the entire Christmas and New Years holiday).
We have been to caymen several times and stayed at the Ritz, the Westin and the Marriott. Now that we have found this pearl on seven mile beach we will never stay anywhere else! We own a resort with villas in North Georgia and understand the importance of the home away from home experience and this condo owner did it right! Beautiful furnishings, high end appliances, robes, upscale amenities and a real hair dryer!!! And the best of all you walk out the screened in patio five feet and your in the beautiful infinity pool then walk another 10 feet and your in the ocean! You can't beat it!!!!
