In the hallway there is an additional set of bunk beds for added sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms access the balcony on the front of the home with views of Rosemary. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Additionally, walk past the wetbar/morning kitchen with a small subzero refrigerator and enjoy the outdoor dining deck in the first tower or go up to the lounging tower complete with comfortable sofas.

The home is centrally located within walking distance to the beach, the 4 Rosemary Beach pools, fitness center, tennis center, restaurants, spa, shops, bike shop, Sugar Shack, playgrounds and green spaces. A short drive away is Publix, Target, movie theaters and more shopping at Pier Park.
