My family is from the northeast while I am permanently based in Texas. This property provides me with a place where we can all gather and enjoy all that south east Florida has to offer.
The condo is housed in a small complex right on the beach which means I can meet my neighbors, be on the beach in 2 minutes or simply sit on my balcony and enjoy the incredible views of the ocean and the intercoastal.
I enjoy staying fit so having a running trail and biking paths right outside of the condo was very important to me. Every Saturday and Sunday morning I get up and have my morning coffee on the balcony while I watch hundreds of bikers ride up and down S Ocean Blvd.
