Oceania 706, 3BR/3BA gulf front condo has a welcome gift waiting for your arrival. Upon entering you will notice the floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors offering unobstructed panoramic views of the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Oceania Condominium is a gated condo with a private beach waiting for your footprints in the sand. Amenities include beach service, fitness room and gas grills. Owner can assist with arranging handicap wheelchair for beach use.

The large living and dining area has a wet-bar with ice maker ready for your entertaining. The recently renovated kitchen comes complete with new refrigerator and all the tools you need to prepare your favorite dishes.

The master bedroom has a wall of windows overlooking the gulf, walk-in closet and the bathroom has double vanities, jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower.

The second and third bedrooms have private baths and queen size beds.

There is a 55' LCD-Flatscreen TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player in the living room and LCD-Flatscreen TV and DVD players in each bedroom.

We too have found that sofa-beds are uncomfortable so sofa sheet packs are left for the two over-sized couches in the living room to allow the condo to sleep eight.

Oceania 706 is owner rental/managment. Local owner takes pride in providing our guest real luxury items including 1200 thread count linens, quality beach and bath towels and even softer (greater than one-ply) paper products. We strive to provide quality and maintained accommodations for your vacation with maintenance dates built into our calendar and owner walk-thru inspections prior to each arrival.

Most importantly we are passing along the savings in rental commission fees to you - our guest! When you book Oceania 706 you will not be charged extra for beach service, cleaning fees or processing fees!! We do not increase our rates during holiday (spring break) season.

About Vicki Mahaney

Warren & Suzanne Hines purchased their first vacation condo in Okaloosa County in 1976. After 35 years of being in the tow boat business Warren sold his company and they moved their residence from Kentucky to Florida in 1991.Their 'quiet' retirement did not last long with all four of their children and families following them within a few years.

Today, Warren lives in Kelly Plantation in Destin Florida.

His favorite hobby is 'restin in Destin'

In 1991 there were a lot of vacationers and not a lot of quality places for visitors to stay.

Oceania is the fourth Bennett Development we have owned condo's in. Their detail and quality in building exceed all others.

We have kept this condo for rental due to the residents of the building. Oceania consist of 71 gulf front units with only 24 actively on the rental program. We believe you too will find the privacy and quality to entice you to make this your vacation destination.

We had a great relaxing vacation! The condo balcony alone would have made the trip. There is plenty of room in the condo with the open floor plan. Beau had the beach chairs set up early & he was so friendly.
We have shared info on the condo with other family & recommended to them. We will for sure come back.
Vicki was awesome & very accommodating.

A beautiful vacation condo

This was our first time in Destin. What a wonderful experience!!! The condo was just as described, beautiful and spacious. The view of the ocean was spectacular from the balcony. The condo was clean and well maintained and the owner was very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.

We shared the condo with two other couples and had plenty of room for everyone. The beach is a short walk with easy access. The beach attendant was very helpful in setting up chairs and umbrellas.

I would highly recommend this condo. Enjoy.

Adult Family Getaway!!

My husband and I and our brother and sister-in-laws enjoyed our trip very much!! We had everything we needed from all the utensils needed in the kitchen to towels and everything we would have at home. The view from the livingroom and kitchen of the beautiful ocean were just what we needed. We also felt very safe because the condo is behind a gated fence. It was also nice to be pampered with someone putting beachchairs out early in the morning so we could sit and take in all the relaxing view and hear the tides roll in and out!!!!!!! We will be back because I'm already dreaming about it:).

We enjoyed our condo. We were greeted with a welcome gift, and the condo was very well supplied with extras like liquid soap, dishwashing detergent, etc. The condo was clean and all appliances worked. I had a very good rental experience. THe agent was very helpful and communicative. We go to Destin every summer, so we have had good and bad condos. I would recommend this one. We love Holiday Isle because it is close to groceries and is not as crowded as further east.
