Horrible, disgusting and out-dated condo.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was very unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Horrible, disgusting and out-dated condo. Not worth the money.
Much to my disappointment this unit is nothing as the pictures show online and it is filthy and damaged. Here are some examples: the towel ring in the bathroom has been pulled out of the wall; the shades on the sliding door to the balcony are disgustingly dirty and broken; the light and ceiling fan in the loft upstairs has been pulled out of the ceiling leaving no light upstairs; the trash compactor is non-functioning; the wicker ottoman in the living room is broken and coming apart; the linens stink horribly and are stained; the fan in the living room makes an awful sound when turned on; the washing machine is incredibly loud; the dishes are so worn out and were dirty upon our arrival; the carpet is so old that is stinks of mildew; the shower door is old and flimsy and hard to open/shut; the microwave is old and busted up; and the dishwasher does not work. Honestly the list goes on.
After contacting management, this is the response I got from one of the owners of Kokopelli Properties, Ryan Goodman, regarding Unit D3 in which he agrees with the poor conditions that they did not tell me about prior to renting, but also claims no responsibility:
- "I will agree with you that the condition of the unit is less than desirable. I have been working very hard with our owners over the course of the last year to make needed improvements and to my disappointment many of the owners do not listen to our suggestions however I do feel that hearing this from a paying guest will have a greater impact in the decision making process. If I could trouble you take take some time to write a more formal email of your disappointment so that I may pass it along to our owner and see if they would be willing to make any upgrade or provide partial refund that would be much appreciated. Again I would like to express my apologies for the condition of the home you rented but please understand that I have little control in the decision to make upgrades or general maintenance."
