This immaculately-maintained waterfront three-level chalet with wrap-around farmer's porch and deck facing the water is within walking distance of restaurants and shops in picturesque Greenville, Maine. It is steps away from Moosehead Lake from the convenience of its permanent dock, and is but feet away from ATV and the ITS snowmobile trails.

Built in 2007, the chalet features a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining/living room with cathedral ceilings to the second floor and sliders to the huge deck, two bedrooms, and a full bath on the first floor; the second floor open loft features a master bedroom with panoramic lake views. The walkout basement offers a kitchenette, dining area, and bath with custom two-person shower, and opens to the covered brick paver patio with hot tub and landscaped lawn, leading directly to the permanent dock. Use of six kayaks is included with the rental. There is plenty of off-street parking for cars, boats, ATVs, and sleds.

AWESOME VACATION

Loved the house - it was spotless and very well maintained. It had everything it said and was one of the most relaxing places we have ever stayed. Saw moose ever day up on Lily Bay Road and the men enjoyed the B-52 bomber crash site. Ate out at Auntie M's and the Black Frog - both were great. Took a guided moose tour by canoe on one of the smaller lakes and it was amazing. We would definitely recommend this house and area to anyone who wants peace and quiet and would absolutely go back there again.

PERFECT VACATION RENTAL!

We had the most amazing vacation in Greenville! The accommodations exceeded our expectations -- spacious, clean and modern. All of the amenities we wanted while still in a location away from it all. A beautiful yard situated right on Moosehead Lake with access to kayaks, a canoe, a fishing dock and rods, as well as a hot tub. We were close to town but also perfectly situated to venture to Kokadjo or go on a moose safari (our personal favorite). The owners were extremely responsive and helped make our vacation enjoyable. We hope to go back soon!
