Disney Parks, Universal Studios and Sea World are just 20 minutes away. It is close enough to be convenient; yet, far enough away to relax on the 4.5 star Southern Dunes golf course or in the private heated pool. Our home is fully equipped with everything that you may need to make your vacation enjoyable.
We have two dining areas, one impressive formal dining area -seating for six and another breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen with a seating for four. There is also a snack bar with seating for three.
Our Non-smoking villa consists of a large family room/dining area with patio doors leading to a covered lanai and 30X16 pool.
The pool area is enclosed to provide guest with complete privacy. Optional pool heat is available upon request. The patio has two sun loungers, table with four chairs, and a gas BBQ grill for your convenience. .
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a handicap accessible shower. The second suite has a queen-sized mattress and en-suite bath.
The mattresses in both suites are extremely comfortable and allow for a well-deserved restful sleep. Each suites has a tv with cable and a dvd player. Each additional bedroom consists of two twin beds. The little girls will feel like Princesses in their Disney princess themed bedroom. While little boys will feel like a member of Lightning McQueen's pit crew in the Disney Cars themed bedroom. Each child's room has t.v. / dvd.player with dvds

Game Room includes - Air Hockey Table, Arcade-style Electronic Basketball game and Electronic dart board.
In the living room there is a 40 in 1080p HDTV with cable. For web surfers, there is high speed wireless internet service.

Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is ideal from its well-manicured grounds to its 24 hour manned and gated security. It is a safe place to vacation. In addition, to the highly rated 18 hole golf course guest can take advantage of community pools, tennis courts, exercise room, reading room and children play area. Just outside the gated entrance , you will find a Super Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie grocery store, Center State Bank, and several restaurants within walking distance.
The Southern Dunes Country Club also has a fine restaurant /bar with a delicious Sunday Brunch.
It is just a short drive to the excitement of all Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, outlet malls, and shopping centers. Yet ,you can enjoy a relaxing day at the beach .
Coastal beaches including Caledesi Island #1 rated beach in the U.S in 2008 are ,just an hour away. Or you may want to stay home, turn the pool light on and go for an evening swim. While in Florida, you may want to also take in the Tampa Lowry Zoo which is the #1 Zoo in the U.S..Busch Gardens or the Tampa Aquarium. All within a short drive.
Our home is family friendly and one price includes rental, taxes, and departure cleaning fees. Reservations are on a first come basis. No time frame is held without a $ 100 booking fee. Please note that the booking is Not additional to the rental price.
