5-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT

Our 7-room vacation house can be divided into 2 separate apartments, with separate entrance. There is a 5-room apartment that covers 2 floors and a 2-room apartment on the upper floor. We will describe here the apartment downstairs. It has 160 m², 3 balconies, a terrace in front of the kitchen, with walled lounge, and a big terrace in front of the house, with palm trees, fountains, and a big barbecue on charcoal. In the basement, there is a large living room (with lounge and open fireplace), a dining room (which can also be used as an extra bedroom), a very big, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathing tub, shower and WC. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (parents’ bedroom, guest room with desk, children room with loft bed, 220 x 100 cm). Each room is heated and has access to the balcony. All the 3 balconies have wonderful sea view. The rooms, the balconies and the kitchen terrace have marble floor. Most of the doors and windows have protection against insects.
