Why Roger and Michele Peterson, Owners chose Beech Mountain
After we were married in 1996, we enjoyed a ski vacation at Beech Mountain with our children. We decided to purchase a vacation home in 2010 and share it with our guests when we are not using it.
What makes this cabin unique
When we saw this beautiful rock home, we fell in love with it. The long-range mountain views from the living room / dining room / kitchen are amazing and beautiful! And being only 50 steps from the ski slopes is awesome!

Roger and Michele,
The Aspen Ski Loft was a very comfortable and great place to stay. We enjoyed watching the grandchildren in view from the cabin getting off the ski lift and skiing down the mountain. However, we were not counting on four days of snowing which presented a handicap going up and down the many series of steps at the cabin and also digging out the car to go anywhere. On the other hand, we laughed exceedingly throughout the days at the amusement of watching many, many cars including the snow grader sliding around and digging out of the curve near the cabin!
We would like to add a comment on a particularly vendor, and that is Fred's General Store whose reception was fantastic.
