Townhome, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-4)

A beautiful 2 bed 2 bath townhouse; recently tastefully decorated and renovated with new floor tiles throughout, new kitchen and on-suite bathroom with new tiled shower. Close to all amenities and 20 minutes from Sky Harbour Airport.

This single level townhouse offers all the comforts of a real home with stylish European interior and a large private outdoor patio with gas BBQ and garden to enjoy the beautiful weather of Arizona.

Currently the house is set up with a queen size bed in the master bedroom which enjoys direct access to the garden and a sofa bed in the second bedroom.

Everything is provided for your stay including bed linens, towels. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. A welcoming pack consisting of essential breakfast items, cleaning and washing liquids will be available on your arrival

The second bedroom is set up as an office with a desk and internet access. The house has a phone with free local calls.

Ideally situated close to all amenities, including several golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants (including Tia Rosa one of Phoenix’s best Mexican restaurants just across the road), excellent shopping, hiking and Spring Training. Easy access to Loop 202 and I-60 to enjoy discovering further afield including beautiful Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

Ideally situated for anybody interested in flying with Mesa Falcon Field just 5 minutes away.

Why The Owner chose Mesa

We've been travelling to Arizona for several years to enjoy the flying weather and previously rented several homes from VRBO so we decided to buy our own property this year.

What makes this townhome unique

The house is extremely well situated and close to Falcon Field Airport which is where we fly and can recommend for all aviation enthusiasts. It is also close to Spring Training for the baseball enthusiasts
