COMPLETELY RENOVATED RESIDENCE IN ST. JAMES PARK!

If you are like my wife, or have a wife like mine -- let me go ahead and get this out of the way --- This place is CLEAN! It passed my wife's test so much that she felt comfortable walking bare foot on the floors.

Now, on to the rest -- My wife and shopped and looked for a place that needed to meet a variety of needs. Cleanliness (priority), budget impact, location, interior (how updated, etc). We weeded out a lot places and then found this gem.

The units in the St James area of Kingston Plantation are definitely older--but they have been well cared for and maintained. The owner of this unit has completely remodeled the interior and you feel like you're staying in a very modern home away from home. Modern bath, appliances, kitchen, etc. etc. For 4 people this was the perfect accomodation. You have an excellent view of a large pond and walking trails from the deck and den/living room. While not ocean front...I made it to the ocean by foot in about 7-8 minutes. The unit is located in a very quiet location -- in fact I'm not sure if there are any rowdy areas of Kingston Plantation.

The owners were amazing to deal with. Very friendly, prompt and accomodating. In fact, a scheduling issue came up that was not anyone's fault. I only bring this up to highlight the fact the owner seemed to go out of his way to make it right by us -- even though it was out of his control.

Everything about our stay was a pleasure -- from the owners to the accomodations.

We'll definitely be staying here again when can. Thank you "B" for everything. We had a great time!

We just got back from staying at this property and all I can say is it was fabulous. We stayed 2 weeks and the pictures don't do it justice. It was clean, above all, the shower is fabulous, the kitchen has everything you want, there is a washer and dryer right in the condo. It was very nicely decorated. Sitting outside on the outdoor patio was lovely. We are golfers so we didn't use the facilities, like the pool, etc but it's right there. We walked down to the hotel and had a drink one day. It's very close to Business 17 and restaurants and golf courses. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone but particularly a couple.

Every once in a while you run across an individual who is an excellent communicator and markets their product in such a way that you know before hand that their there will be no surprises. Bart is that person and his condo is even more attractive than shown in the pictures. We've stayed in many Kingston Plantation properties and this is by far the most enjoyable and relaxing yet........don't overlook it!!!!
