7 BEDS (4 MASTERS+ 5.5 BATH) VILLA WITH POOL GREAT HOUSE - SUPER LOCATION!

We stayed in this absolutely gorgeous home for 2 weeks while enjoying our family vacation. We had a group of 12 ranging in ages from 3 months to 71 years, and this home provided plenty of space to gather together yet also enough bedrooms for all to retreat to tranquility when needed. The furniture is high quality and very comfortable, and having a tv in every bedroom (along with all the bathrooms) made it easy for all to relax and unwind. The 4 year old was thrilled to have the "pink room" - it made her feel just like a princess. The pool was warm enough for the 2 infants to enjoy as well as everyone else, and we splashed in it sometimes more than once a day! Great way to chill after taking in the parks all day. Proximity to the parks was no more than 15 minutes drive. We also liked that the house was just off the main road so the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet it was only about 3 blocks close to shopping (Walmart), restaurants, and Medieval Times (where we cheered for our Knight). The game room also came in handy on those late nights and the one morning that it rained a bit. Nancy made the rental process easy and was able to answer many questions. Would recommend this home to everyone whether you have a large group or not. Great home, great value, great magical memories!!!

I have rented vacation homes in the past; this house outshines any other place we have stayed at before. The house was well maintained, clean, spacious and provided every amenity needed to enjoy a wonderful family vacation. Initially, I was hesitant to make a reservation through the homeaway website instead of through a property management company. The homeowner was very patient, understanding, and was able to ease my discomfort by answering any questions I had. I would not hesitate to rent this property for any future trips to the Disney area. The location is also ideal. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to anything you may possibly need.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We have made many a trips to Orlando and this was the nicest place we have ever stayed in general and based on value for your money. Home is in a nice neighborhood within a very short drive to the main attractions (10min to Disney, 15min to Universal). Off the main highways far enough to have quiet, but close enough so you have ready access to large grocery stores and numerous restaurants.

Home was beautifully decorated and furniture and beds are all very new (couple months old?). A nice change from other homes that list pictures from 10+ yrs ago and you a end up with out-dated decor and a worn down house. Definitely not the case here!

Kids enjoyed the pool and the playroom. I thought they would be all over the air hockey table and the pool table, but they actually loved the ping pong table and the dartboard. The adults enjoyed that the playroom (converted garage) had a couple doors you could close to greatly reduce any noise disturbance to the people relaxing in the rest of the house.

Kitchen was nice. Only word of advice is when we ran the dishwasher it was very loud, so just run it before you go to bed or when you are not trying to watch tv in the living room.

Bedrooms everywhere! Almost every bedroom felt like it was a master suite, a tv and bathroom for everyone.

When we asked the kids what they enjoyed the most about the trip, the first thing out of their mouths was how awesome the house was. The youngest girl felt more like a princess in her queen bed with private bath and tv, than she did at Disney. Not having to sleep in the same room with her older brother alone was enought to put a smile on her face.

We had the pool heated. Like many houses it was not bath water, but it was a comfortable temperature. Having a private pool is a bonus since we did long days at the parks, we could either take a quick dip in the morning or upon our return without worrying if the pool would be open (if stay at a hotel).

I hestitate to tell others how nice this home is, as it could impact our chnaces of renting it again in th future. However, the people we rented from were very nice and easy to work with, and others deserve the chance to have as great a stay as we did.
