This home has wonderfully remodeled baths and kitchens, pool table, a hot tub, & is perfectly located close to 'everything'. Landrise 2 is located just a .25 mile (three minute walk) from the NEW Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) opening May 2012 & will include unlimited use passes. The Village Mall is just beyond the SHARC (.5+/- walk from the home) where you will find shopping, entertainment, restaurants and day spa. Meadows Golf Course and Woodlands Golf Course are located on either side of the home.

The home is 2 story with 4 bedrooms and 2 remodeled luxury baths. The 4 bedrooms each have a Queen Bed. 2 bedrooms & 1 bath are downstairs. 2 bedrooms & 1 bath are upstairs. There is also a sofa sleeper upstairs. A pool table & darts are located in the upstairs loft. The living room has a TV & DVD player and double sided wood burning fireplace..

A private hot tub & large deck with Weber BBQ and patio furniture, allow you to relax & enjoy the outdoors.

Sunriver also has parks, and shopping center with a variety of restaurants. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.

Great House!

We had 4 couples staying here for the Pacific Crest weekend. There was plenty of room for us and all our gear. Garage was a great place to be able to store all the bikes! Hot tub was plenty big for all of us to get in to relieve our sore muscles. Bathrooms were GORGEOUS! we had a lot of fun with the pool table and dart board. We were just sad the weather didn't cooperate so we could use kayaks and such to float the river.

My family and I stayed for spring break weekend. The house is beautiful and spacious. We all loved the pool table and board games along with the hot tub. We were a short drive to the village where the kids enjoyed ice skating one evening and then a train ride the next afternoon after we rode the bikes we rented to the village. We enjoyed walked to the lake and then by the river. We look forward to coming back in the summer when the aquatic center is open!! Oh yeah and the heated floors in the main bathroom were amazing so were the showers. I dont know if we will ever find nicer showers!!!

Fantastic Rental!

We planned a last minute break to Bend and came across this rental on Homeaway. On our previous visit we had rented through Sunriver Rentals.

I really liked the pictures and size of the house. We were unsure how many people would join us but the house would have been suitable for 4 couples or 2 couples, as we ended up. The house was as the pictures show and more. The house was well equipped with all we needed and the Pool Table was a bonus for us all.

Jennifer was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to arrange this for us the day before. If we plan another trip we would prefer to stay at this house again. Extremely clean and the re-modelling was a bonus in the kitchen and bathroom!
