Updated and classic Mission Hills home with great golf course and mountain views with approximately 1,685 square feet of redone living space. Located on one of the prettiest Rancho Mirage courses where the world famous Kraft Nabisco (LPGA) takes place yearly. New furnishings, windows, granite kitchen, appliances, bedding and tiling will make your stay that much more enjoyable. This peaceful retreat with designer touches will make you feel comfortable and right at home. There are two bedrooms both with vaulted ceilings and king size beds each with TV and one with twin bunk beds. Each has a sliding glass door out to the patio which spans the back of the unit and overlooks the golf course. An additional upstairs patio opposite the hallway is set up with outdoor furniture and is a great retreat for reading or star gazing through the swaying palm trees. The tropical inspired pool is just across the parking lot and the Jacuzzi is always hot and enjoyable on a crisp winter night. The Canadian geese winter at the pond towards the front gate it is a lovely place to walk around first thing in the morning or at sunset. The complex is guard gated and beautifully maintained and landscaped.

We live in LA and met on Venice Beach. Married 23 years we have found the desert to be a favorite place to visit and explore. We love to travel, cook and play with our son who is only 6. I was a shoe designer for over 10 years and my husband is a French chef. We used to own a little restaurant in Beverly Hill but currently have a successful real estate business that specialized in Westside properties. Our office is in Santa Monica.
Sherri Noel purchased this townhome in 2010
We love the beauty and slower pace in the desert. Since this is really our second home we are constantly improving it and take pride in our home. You will feel right at home too! At Mission Hills the homes are farther apart than in other developments and with the golf course right out back there's a lot of open space and big sky feeling. Also being a more established property the trees are old growth and majestic.
Waking up to the beautiful view of the golf course and mountains never gets old. Mission Hills is wonderful because the homes are spread out and not too close to each other. I love taking walks around the beautiful grounds including a lake close by where ducks and the Canadian geese winter.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful, clean, remodeled townhome. All of the amenities were complete to enjoy bbqing on the grill, after-dinner drinks on the rooftop patio, floats and pool toys to enjoy the GORGEOUS, warm pool area to very comfortable beds and stunning views from our bedroom windows. The location is great for watching the golfers each morning while sipping coffee on the front patio. The neighbors were very friendly as well. We had our two children with us who enjoyed running through the sprinklers, swimming in the pool, and gathering lemons and grapefruits to make lemonade slushies each day. The owners were very nice to work with in setting up our stay and were readily available to help us with anything we needed. Mission Hills is a lovely area with many beautiful lakes, nice roads for biking, tennis, golf and much more, It's close to many good restaurants and other interesting cultural spots in the area.
We enjoyed our stay of nearly a month at this beautiful property on the Championship Golf Course at Mission Hills. The unit was clean and well-equipped. The owners were on hand when we arrived and very helpful. They were available by phone if needed. We would certainly recommend this townhome to our friends and relatives and would return ourselves if it were available. The environment of the area is beautiful with many lakes, flowers, trees etc. I enjoyed biking and walking to explore this huge area, all gated. One word of caution: the courses are private so one must golf elsewhere.
Children's Discovery Museum 5 Minutes, Palm Springs Air Museum 10 Minutes, Palm Desert Shopping on El Paseo 15 minutes, Rancho Mirage Library 10 minutes, Cabizon Outlet Shopping 30 minutes,The River Outdoor Mall 10 minutes,Downtown Palm Springs 15 minutes,The Pond in the pictures is a block away in the complex and my favorite morning walk. Costco, Super Walmart, and Trader Joes are all a 5 minute drive. There's a Bristol Farms for higher end food close by and a Pavilions for everyday needs. If nature is your thing don't miss The Living Desert which is a botanical cactus garden, home to a huge train set and houses many African and desert animals, about a 20 minute drive that is well worth it. (We're members and you can spend an entire day there with the family) We have a book for you to use and add your favorite places to. There are too many fun places to talk about and you'll have fun with your own exploration!
