Our charming farmhouse is conveniently situated near the centre of Deutschnofen, 1400 m above sea level, in peaceful, gorgeous surroundings with panoramic views. You can reach us by car, travelling from Bozen/Bolzano (motorway exit Bozen Nord) through the romantic gorges of the Eggental in 30 minutes.
Since we are located on the southern side of the Alps, even at altitude the climate is mild and pleasant.
Golf: Two golf courses are nearby: an 18-holes course in Petersberg, which is part of Deutschnofen (12 km away) and a 9-hole course in Welschnofen (25 km away) at the Karrerpass, at the foot of the mountain group Rosengarten (Dolomites).
Ski: The popular ski resort Obereggen-Latemar in the middle of the Dolomites offers 50 km of well-primed slopes. A network of 17 ski-lifts guarantees a great skiing experience – no queuing and lots of places to go to for après-skiiing. Make sure to try out night skiing and night sledging. You can access 25 km of cross-country skiing trails passing the Stauderhof or you can find 100 km of trails a 10 minutes’ drive away, either by car or by bus, at the Lavaze-Joch.
