We searched for a great golf front vacation home, great proximity/location to all SD has to offer, in a quiet/safe gated community. This home is way to special to leave unoccupied, so we offer our vacation home for your enjoyment. We fully remodeled this home with a renowned interior designer. Every surface of this home is customized using exotic woods, glass tiles, ceasar stones, limestones and slate! We bought this home for a few reasons... Its great proximity to Del Mar, La Jolla, Mission Bay, and Downtown (all 10 to 20 minutes away). Its great views of the Tee Box and Fairway of the Carmel Mountain Golf course and its easy access on and off major freeways!

Location, Location, Location... Drive 10 minutes west to Del Mar, 15 minutes to La Jolla. Home is 4 minutes south of Rancho Bernardo, 4 minutes west of Poway, 6 minutes north of Scripps Ranch. 20 minutes to Fashion Valley (shopping), 25 minutes to Downtown-San Diego. Great community. Beautifully landscaped with tropical plants. If you do not want you and your family in some outdated and cramped home, than this is for you!
Great view of tee box and fairway of the public Carmel Mountain Golf course. Easy access (1 block) from major freeway's (15 and 56). The home is in a Gated community with swimming Pool and Jacuzzi.
Very close to shopping, dozens of restaurants and Carmel Mountain recreational park.
Completely remodeled home with Viking stainless steel appliances, dark bamboo wood floors, dark wood cabinets, and HD-LCD TV's in all 3 bedrooms and great room. Master Bedroom has view of fairway. Conveniently located near community gate for easy access. Very close to pool and Jacuzzi. Gas barbeque and outdoor dining set on back deck over looking tee box and fairway! The look and feel is a cross between a 'Westin' and 'W' hotel with Macys hotel collection sheets and comforter.

...everything is absolutely perfect! It’s so nicely decorated and to a very high quality. That makes all the difference.... Again, our expectations have been exceeded with the house. We love everything about it and are definitely taking some design ideas back to Switzerland for our renovation.
This was the third time we stayed in this fantastic vacation home and when I mentioned going again to my family they couldn't have been more pleased! We have been to California many times and this is without doubt our favorite spot. From its superb decor, brilliantly appointed kitchen, excellent space and central location and convenience to all SoCal has to offer we don't think there's anything better. The owner is very accommodating and checked after our arrival if we needed anything. We hope to visit again.
Beautiful townhome in a great location. We loved the cleanliness and the high end finishes. We traveled with our four kids and the place was not only very nice it was really comfortable. The owners are great, we had a few questions and they responded promptly. We would definately reccommend this for anyone visiting SD and we will return in the future.
My wife and I rented this property for 5 weeks as our home base to be close to our daughter as she delivered her third child. The property was perfect for us. It is beautifully designed and decorated. It was very clean and all the necessary amenities were present to make it feel like home.
It is conveniently located near easy freeway access and there is every possible shopping and dining opportunity within a small radius.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property. The owner was extremely helpful and kind and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Definitely a 5 star accomodation in every way.
This townhouse is in a great location and has all the amenities and more that you could wish for. The owner is very helpful and very available should you need it. It is wonderfully appointed and decorated beautifully - the sectional sofa is a great place to relax as well as the back patio overlooking the golf course. We would stay here again anytime!
We were so pleased when we arrived and found that the house was even more stunning than in the write up. It was so very comfortable in everyway from the decoration to the quality of the beds for comfort. The view across the golf course was a joy to wake up to and to have whilst sitting on the terrace for dinner. The location was so very convenient for all the attractions that San Diego has to offer, and for us so close to our family who live right around the area. We would strongly recommend the house to our friends and would not hesitate to stay for another vacation at some other time.
If you are going to rent a place for a long time (2 months), this is the type of home and owner you want to do it with. John is a very concerned and caring owner. He and his wife have renovated the townhome showing off their incredible taste and class.

Home is completely furnished with top of line... linens, sheets, comforters, furniture, HD-LCD, etc… this is not grandma's house. Enjoy your vacation like never before.
