Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Sitting on the balcony our 3rd floor apartment affords you a gorgeous view of the calm Caribbean. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The building is new and well taken care of. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi, chaise lounges, outdoor tables and chairs and kayaks. The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds and the children's room has two twin size trundle beds to sleep four. Central air conditioning. The beach right out back is maintained by the grounds-keepers. Snorkeling right off our beach you will see sea spiders, small tropical fish and sea urchins. The building boasts a small gym with treadmills and free weights. The building, Aqua Tower has a website which you can find on line.

Our apartment building is very family friendly. Most of the units are owned and used by families that live in Santo Domingo who come to spend the weekends at the beach. It is perfect for small children, as the pool is shallow and there is a swingset in the sand. The family atmosphere is welcoming, but we would not want to have renters who will play loud music or be partying. All of the proprietors in the building have an agreement to keeping the atmosphere familial. If this sounds like it suits your needs, we'd be happy to rent to you.

About The Owner

Jennifer is a school teacher and Ianir is an entrepreneur. We have two lovely daughters: Mikaela is nine and Arielah is four. We are an international family and are currently living in Santo Domingo, where we have a house. We use our Juan Dolio apartment about twice a month. We LOVE to travel, meet new people and explore new places. We also love to enjoy our life here in the beautiful Dominican Republic. We appreciate good food and drink, interesting conversation, good books and spending time with our family and friends. We have lived in numerous countries and moved back to the DR because it is the place that we most love. We'd love to share this special place with others.

What makes this condo unique

Juan Dolio is a small beach town 45 minutes from Santo Domingo and an hour from La Romana and Casa De Campo. In Juan Dolio you can find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, fresh produce, gift shops, pharmacies, boutiques, furniture stores and medical services. There are numerous golf courses close by, including Metro Country Club within walking distance and Casa De Campo's world-famous courses close by. You can walk down the beach to collect shells, watch the local fisherman scouting the sea, find a cafe at which to eat or drink or simply enjoy a stroll. The restaurants nearby range from gourmet fare with dressed up patrons to your local spots where you can get some fried fish and drink an ice-cold Presidente beer.
