Come vacation in the prestigious Lagoon Towers at Bay Point. This beautiful home located on the 4th floor at 4600 Kingfish Lane enjoys post card views of the Grand Lagoon and the 4th green of the famous Legends Golf Course, a Jack Nicklaus design. This condominium features new ceramic tile, new carpet, new mattress, a wet bar, master bath has two vanities and open and spacious floor plan. Master bedroom features a queen size bed. A pull-out sofa, and cot are available for guests.

Bay Point is a gated community with roving 24 hour security. There is a Marina for boaters. The home is furnished, complete with linens and kitchen items. Located within 5 minutes to the Gulf's pristine beaches, 10 minutes to the new Pier Park Shopping.

My husband and I have been coming to Panama City since we born and have always wanted a vacation home here. We love the beach, the seafood, and the great memories we've shared here.

Why The Owner chose Delwood Beach

We choose Bay Point because of the serenity. It is so quiet and peaceful, yet you can be anywhere in PCB in 10-15 minutes because of the location.

What makes this condo unique

The view is amazing!!!! In one direction you have the pool, the other the beautiful Jack Nicklaus golf course, down below in the marsh wild herons and bunnies, and to other a breathtaking view of the bay. It's a great spot to sit for hours and watch the boats come in and out of the marina.
