Our condo has been thoroughly upgraded and remodeled with granite counters and handsome furnishings. You’ll be enjoying the top floor for real quiet and security, not to mention the best unmatched ocean views, because this vacation condo is not just in an oceanfront complex, it is a proper Oceanfront Condo. You don’t want to be disappointed with your rental this time do you? Then you need to know that there aren’t that many condos in Kona where the living room really opens to the ocean. And the only true Oceanfront condos at Kona Reef are the ones located in buildings A and D. Any others are simply ocean view!
Your living room features an Island Style Armoire which hides the 27' flat screen TV, DVD Player, Stereo and CD player. For your listening pleasure, we've included a great collection of our favorite Hawaiian Music CDs and there’s also a small library of books and DVD's awaiting you. A ceiling fan gently cools the room which also has a comfortable couch that converts to a queen sized hide-a-bed. Binoculars are provided for close up viewing of the surfer's smiles and all the wonderful ocean sights. And being on the top floor, you can safely leave the lanai doors open at night, letting the cool breezes and the soothing sounds of the ocean fill the room. (But you certainly wouldn’t want to do that in a ground floor condo.)
The Bedroom contains a VERY comfy King Sized Pillow Top Mattress and cool, luxurious linens; all provided to assure your utmost comfort. It’s complete with a 17' LCD TV, an Island Style dresser, closet and a whisper-quiet ceiling fan.
The fully remodeled granite topped kitchen will certainly make you feel at home. We keep it well equipped with everything your inner chef desires, even a coffee grinder so you can brew some fresh Kona Coffee every morning. Nothing is better than a cup of fresh Kona coffee enjoyed on your lanai as you plan your day.
For further luxury, the Bathroom features a large, tiled walk-in shower with no tub to obstruct you. Plenty of clean towels are provided on the Bamboo Ladder Rack as is a hair dryer and a large mirror (To see how your tan is coming along… Darn you look good today!)
You’ll enjoy lazing away your hours on the lanai where your daily entertainment will include talented surfers and boogie boarders, sea turtles, Spinner Dolphins, breaching whales, fabulous cruise ships, and unforgettable sunset views, all without moving a step. There’s never a dull moment. You ARE in Hawaii to enjoy yourself, aren’t you? Remember: Sit down. Relax. And think about how fortunate you are to be in tropical Hawaii!
By the way, have you ever experienced a Moonset over the Pacific Ocean? It’s an amazingly beautiful sight, particularly when it’s a full moon setting in the dawn sky. It’s so big that you’ll swear it’s setting in Kailua Bay and it’s all yours to enjoy from your lanai! Check a calendar and see if your visit includes one.
We provide Free Wi-Fi so you can enjoy your smart phone or laptop computer while relishing the beauty of the Pacific Ocean on the lanai or from anywhere else in your condo. And should you feel the need to tell your friends about the wonderful vacation you’re experiencing, we’ve also provided our guests with Free, Unlimited Phone Calls to the mainland.
The “Toy Chest” on the lanai holds tote-able beach chairs, umbrellas and a soft-sided cooler that will enhance your time on the beach. There are usually some pool floats too. Don’t forget the sunscreen!
As we’ve said, your condo and lanai face directly towards Hawaii's stunning sunsets and you won't want to miss even one. Should you choose to 'dine in' afterward, you'll find the modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the extras a satisfying place to create meals. Perhaps you'd rather sear your fresh mahi-mahi or grass fed, island raised steak on one of the Professional Series BBQs in the ocean front pool area. Or, take a short stroll to Kona Town for a selection of great restaurants and fun activities. Either way, your vacation will be relaxing and memorable and we bet that you’ll wish it were longer.
Whether you spend the days reading by the pool, relaxing on the sandy beach that adjoins your condo or experiencing all the exciting activities that abound, you’re going to find that a stay at Kona Reef Condo A33 is what perfect vacation memories are made of.
Deposit: A 3-night deposit is due within 1 week of making the reservation. Full payment is due 30-days prior to arrival for low season, and 60-days prior for high season.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation after a deposit is received, the reservation is subject to a $100 cancel fee. Within 30 days of the time of arrival or after occupancy, no refunds will be given unless the property can be re-rented. During High Season, cancellations must be received 60 days in advance. No-shows will receive no refund.
Our unit is professionally managed by a fantastic group! They have been in business for over 34 years and are available 24/7 to assist you with any problems that may arise. They can also give you professional assistance in finding airfare, car rentals and any activities you wish to do while on island.
