House, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 10)

1 guest house with 2 seperate.....2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen family suites, and everything is handicapped accessible. We built our guest house in 2011 for family members so they could have lots of privacy and still be in one house. Each suite has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and 1 with a bunk bed and an additional twin bed with a total of 3 twins and 1 queen in each suite. Each suite is decorated differently and completely furnished. There is a patio on each side with views that are different and beautiful. The guest house is near our horse riding arena where we enjoy our horses. In the summer months, we plant a 30 x 30 garden with all organic seeds. Can we say fresh vegetables? So much to see and so close to so much. Come be our guests and enjoy Montana, cowboy style. Only 12 miles to downtown Bozeman, 35 miles to Big Sky and Moonlight Basin, and about 75 miles to Yellowstone National Park. The Bozeman Hot Springs is about 6 miles away with 8 different temperature pools, a wet and a dry sauna, and a full workout gym. Call now as the available dates will be limited. About The Owner

The Diamond family moved to Bozeman in 2006 from Las Vegas for a different paced life. We have embraced all Montana has to offer in so many ways.

The Owner purchased this house in 2011
Why The Owner chose Bozeman

We built our guest house, about 400 feet from our home, this summer for family members who will come to Montana only a few months of the year. We like to share our gifts with others and have decided to share with our VRBO friends.

What makes this house unique

You can go for a walk, or a hike, right out the front doors. Our 20 acres is situated on top of a mountain, and you can see the Bozeman valley below. We have a great workout hill right on the property. They say the Indians use to stay up here so they could see who was coming. Then they would hike down into our trees to hide. We hike down to the trees often. There are some great places to picnic and watch the animals. Have your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the valley or a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the hills. Our guest house welcomes you and yours.

Fees And Taxes Montana has a 7% of the rent only, bed tax, which we collect and send to the state of Montana. There is also a $100 cleaning fee for parties up to 8. The rate of $150 per night is for both suites. We do offer a discounted rate for just one suite, as we only rent to one party at a time. Call for details.
This property is two seperate houses, both fully stocked, but in one house and they are connectable in the middle. It is a single family home and will only be rented to one party at a time. Call for rates for only 1 suite, as the other suite can be locked and secured.

Wonderful stay!

Our extended family of 7 stayed on the Bench. It was a very enjoyable stay. The views were beautiful to wake up to and enjoy throughout the day. Our hosts were very helpful and recommended some great things to do and see. We hope to be able to come back again.

If you are looking for a place to stay, look no longer! The Bozeman Guest House on the Bench provided a fantastic week away for our family of 5. The guest house was so nicely furnished. Many small details were included. It was very comfortable and clean. The views from the guest house are amazing and we still dream of the stars at night. Wow! During your stay make sure you go out to eat at Stacey’s and treat yourself to a night of listening to the Kenny & Colette perform. They are very talented! As if it couldn’t have gotten any better, your hosts are an amazing family; very kind, caring, fun and outgoing! They made sure our vacation was what we were looking for. We miss our new friends! Our children tell us at least once a week that they want to go back to Montana and I’m sure we will!

Great place to stay!

This place was perfect for our family vacation. We had a total of ten people that stayed in this house for a week, (four adults and six kids and there was plenty of room.) Kenny and Colette and their girls were alot of fun and they treated us like family. Our kids had a blast and quickly became friends with the Diamond girls. There was lots of fun things to do close by and the park is only a little over an hour away. The property was clean and well maintained and acurately reflected in photos. All around wonderful experience! Thanks again Diamond Family!

Great stay!

Our extended family of 12 people stayed together for a 4-day weekend and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The rooms and kitchens were nicely furnished and we were able to cook a meal together on the grill and enjoy horseshoes in this scenic spot. The hosts were quick to assist when we had internet and a smoke alarm issue. They really took care of us and helped to make it an incredible weekend. I would recommend this guest house to anyone!

A perfect fit!

Our party, nine adults and one child, really enjoyed our stay and found that we had the perfect amount of space. The property was super clean and stocked with everything we needed, and more. Colette and Ken were gracious hosts and ready with answers to any questions we had. We are already planning our next vist. Beautiful views. We'll be back.
