House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Our property is located 6 miles south of Zilker Park and downtown. We are situated in 1/4 acre corner lot in the Central/South Austin (Southhampton/Brodie Lane/Canon Oaks) in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The home is 1200 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, covered patio/deck with screen enclosure, and a private swimming pool. There is an alarm system in the house and pool/lawn service are weekly.

The living room has a 47' flat LCD HDTV with digital cable with over 200 channels that includes a PS3 and plays Blue Ray. All the bedrooms has a flat LCD HDTV with digital cable, DVD players, and alarm/radio. Also, for families with small children - we have a high chair and pack & play crib.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances. We even include the seasonings and small appliances such as blender, toaster, crock pot, rice cooker, and many more extras.

About Owner/Property Manager

My husband and I are currently based in Geoje, S Korea. We have several properties in the U.S.A. for vacation rentals and have my son Lee Baumgartner, Vice President and Michael Bridgett, Relations Manager taking care of our properties. I keep in touch with both Lee & Mike on the daily basis and visit all properties 2-3 times a year. I am a UNLV alumni and Tim is from the UK.

We purchased this location for a vacation rental because it is quite, cozy, and nearby to shopping centers, restaurants, attractions, and activities.

This property has a large swimming pool for entertainment and an area of 'serenity garden' to enjoy for your home away from home.

What makes this house unique

Besides having your private pool and a serenity garden, our home has a cover screen patio with a bar to enjoy your weekend and a complimentary propane gas grill for cooking outdoors with friends and family.

This house is centrally located on a quiet residential street and it has a pool! Less than 5 minutes to groceries, Star Bucks, Lifetime Fitness and shopping. A quick 15 minutes to downtown and Zilker Park. So, if you're going to Austin, make it easy, stay at this house. Hey, if you like sushi make reservations at Uchi. Oh, and, of course, the house has all the other good stuff you expect plus the greatest folks that handle the rental.

It was really a wonderful place to stay- we thoroughly enjoyed the closeness to the essentials but the seclusion from the "bustle" of the city. Loved the enclosed deck and the kids enjoyed having the option of TV in basically every room- made for a trouble free weekend with 5 kids:). We certailnly appreciated having the well stocked kitcken and the abundance of linens @ our disposal...
The house lived up to its name and our only regret was that it wasn't summer.

House was better than expected. Extremely clean with every kitchen gadget you might need. Michael was super quick to address any needs or questions. Slept 8 comfortably. Great location. Convient to downtown and local grocery stores. Very happy with our experience and we will be back!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It was 6 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the private pool! The house was very nice and clean. Michael even checked on us mid way throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely stay here again, we have a yearly Austin trip and will plan on booking next year! Would highly recommend home and management.
