We love its central location and its proximity to most LA attractions. It's also a hip but safe and family-friendly neighborhood (voted trendiest neighborhood in LA by WSJ for 2012 and best LA neighborhood in 2013 by CNNmoney). This house is unique with its downtown views and separate artists studio that can be used as an office. It is so much more comfortable staying here than in a hotel room!
