The apartment is located on one of St. Maarten's most beautiful beaches, ideal for the ultimate Caribbean vacation. While visiting, pamper yourself in the Hibiscus spa, explore local beaches on the island, discover St. Maarten's best scuba diving spots, or catch a local ferry for a day trip to the islands of St. Barths and Anguilla.

Hi! Mi name is Mariano Bonilla, I am a lawyer and, presently, I work for the Justice Department of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I like reading books, travelling abroad, going to the gym, spending time with my family and friends.

Hi! I am María Eugenia Vazquez, I am a bachelor in Public Relations. Currently, I work in the Communications Department of a multinational company. I enjoy a lot running, studyng, spend time with my friends and family too.

Why The Owner chose Dawn Beach

We decide to buy weeks in this time share resort, because we were completely dazzled by the apartment, the beach, the amenities and facilities of the place (pools, casino, restaurants, the sea, gym, spa, kids club, etc!). It´s really the paradise! We spent a incredible time there!!!

What makes this condo unique

It's a few step to the beach, to the casino, a ten minutes drive to Phillipsburg centre, a gret beach to do snorkeling. Also you can rent a car inside the place and is available, on site, a concierge Service to assist you with dinner reservations, golf, special gift orders and any questions that you may have about St. Maarten/St. Martin. Concierge can also assist with babysitting services and enroll children ages 4-12 in a Kids Club program.

There is a great Kids Club!

According to WaterSports, Blue Bubbles is located on property for all of your water sports needs. Blue Bubbles rents snorkeling gear, pool floats, kayaks and other non-motorized watersport gear to make your day at the beach a true adventure.

Also there are activity coordinators that can arrange all sorts of island activities, including scuba diving, ATV tours, shopping excursions, catamaran tours, horseback riding and private boat charters.
