MODERN PRIVATE VILLA IN GATED COMMUNITY

Very nice villa, everything is as described. Very quiet and secluded. Pool is VERY private. The check in was fast and trouble free. There was a problem with the safe as there were no real instructions on how to operate the digital lock safe. On the last dat we ended up requesting the key from the management office to get our passports from the safe. It locked with no problem but opening it was a major task. The villa itself is at the very back of the complex with ongoing construction around it. We were never bothered or even heard any of the construction. Each room had a A/C in it, the living room dining room area only had ceiling fans. With the only tv in the villa in the living room the lack of a AC made it very uncomfortable when trying to watch tv in 95+ degree weather. The maid was fanatastic, she always had our place spotless. You will need a car for this particular villa. I used my electronic pedometer on my android phone and the walk from the villa to the main gate alone was .67 miles. then you have about another .25 mile to the main strip, all that in 95+ weather is NO BUENO!!!. WE made the walk once and rented a car in town for 25 dollars a day. We would stay at this villa again simply because of the quite and secluded location, but for all new comers if you are of with the walking then this is the place for you otherwise a car is MANDATORY. OVERALL i would give the villa a rating of 7/10.
