The historic Bridge St. is just 4 blocks away, where you can shop, grab a bite to eat or go out on that chartered fishing trip you always wanted to take. A FREE trollys run up and down Gulf Blvd and stops just at the end of the block so you can go explore the other parts of Anna Maria Island. Come and find a peace of Paradise!!!!!!

About Anna Maria Island: Five blocks north there you may want to enjoy a walk on Historic Bridge Street with various shops and restaurants there you will also find the City Pier at the end of Historic Bridge Street with a covered areas and large wooden swings that overlook the Anna Maria Sound, you may watch a variety of wildlife that lives and feed in and around our tranquil town. There is a free trolley service provided by Manatee County Transit, the trolley travels the length of the island until 10:30 p.m. daily. This has been an asset to the community, our guests rave about the service. The drivers are very familiar with the 3 cities on Anna Maria Island, feel free to ask the drivers if you have a question about a location. Come on down and hang with the locals, we will make you feel at home.

Central air, full kitchen, High Speed Internet, Cable TV, blu-ray, Laundry, King and Queen size beds, and very clean. Come down and Enjoy. Swimming, biking, fishing, rollerblading, historic area. Why Robert Waller chose Bradenton Beach

I took my grandmother down to see her great niece in Tampa which is just about a hour north nice day trip to check out Ybor or Channel Side for lunch and shopping. Well my cousin took us down the side roads to every little beach town from Clearwater to Naples and here it was white soft sand walking distance to everything and the nicest people I could of met, and here I am today on Anna Maria Island little bit of Heaven

I took my 2 kids(7-11) and my wife on a vacation to get away from the cold New England weather. Upon arrival I was given a email with all important info. I was impressed with the size deck that the unit had was great for morning coffee and cool evening bbqs. The unit it self was bright warm colors and such comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The kids loved ever second of the trip and my wife loved all the shopping she did on Bridge st and at St Armand's Circle. It was so nice to park the car and just walk every where or my kids real favorite part besides all the ice cream was the trolley its great so you can really enjoy island life with no hurries or worries. Cant wait till next winter to get back down to Bradenton Beach.

Robert doesn't follow through!

Floors in condo were filthy, feet turned black in minutes, cabinets and cupboards in kitchen and bathrooms need wiped out. Called robert and sent text messages for empty propane tank and broken sofa bed, said would be fixed NEVER WAS! Steps up to unit are loose and wobbly and the deck has extensive loose and warped boards! Fan in living room broken. Not a true 2 bedroom, the upstairs is a half wall loft so no privacy from broken sleeper sofa! No window treatments on upper windows opposite from upper loft so there is no sleeping past sunrise. Deadbolt to condo is still broken from other reviews, and was responded as fixed. Also did a online search on this condo and the owner is behind on property taxes, Your money will be taken for this unit but you will be getting what you are paying for!

Decent for price great location

the condo was at a great location! It could have been cleaner. When you walk on the tiles barefoot your feet ended up black! The tiles were swept but not mopped. Poor customer service from owner. When we got there we tried many times to get ahold of him because pull out bed was broke and no propane for grill. After numerous attempts owner finally replied saying both issues would be taken care of from maintence man, but they never showed up! Therefore we had to fill propane tank to grill and the couple we were with had to sleep on uncomfortable and broken pull out bed :(

Rented for 30 days - 1st week no heat or AC - reported to owner - said he would get fixed (his VM was always full) - could contact by VRBO email ownly - 2nd week 82* in condo - on Sat a couple showed up at door saying they had the condo rented also - Robert double booked the unit - they said Robert told them he had contacted another landlord and he had a place for them and he would send them a refund and he was going out of country and could no longer be reached by tele or email (got to know the couple/exchange tele numbers) - 3rd week no AC 84* in condo - more promises from Robert - 0n Fri of our third week a repairman shows up and tells me the first call he got from Robert was that AM - had to order part could fix next week - our 4th week and last week of our stay - so we had AC 4 days out of 28 - ask for compensation for inconvenience from Robert - -he agreed but still don't have 7 days after he promised and the couple that he double booked still didn't have their money refunded by the last week of our stay - Robert delivers only promises no performance - I would never rent from or recommend him

Questionable Business Practices, Unit Unclean, Needs Maintenance

This is a review of the Bradenton Beach condo.

Maintenance: Average condition, multiple blinds missing, showerheads do not distribute the water pressure well. Internet connection did work. Overall, good amount of wear-and-tear noted.

Cleanliness: The condo was not clean upon arrival. There was a spoiled odor in the air. The condo owner sent a cleaning crew later that day and promised cleaning fee refund, but never provided it. The cleaning crew did a hasty job. I had to place the bed sheets myself and finish cleaning the kitchen counters before cooking.

Location: The condo is near the beach, but not directly on it. You have to walk down a street a bit and cross a road to be at the beach. Neighbor with cats is nice.

Community: Wonderful, very friendly

Business Practice: Unfortunately, I discovered later that Robert never gave the refund on the cleaning fee as promised. I have attempted to contact him by phone and email, but there was no resolution.

Conclusion: The location and community are great! You can have a lot of fun and rest. The condo quality was average. The owner's business practice is questionable. You may have better luck with the unit being cleaned by the time you get there.

Owner's Response: Booked day of gave big discount check in 3 hours early 4pm is check in cleaning crew came and cleaned. Refund was based on if cleaning company wasn't coming they came. last time I do day of booking

Nice, needs a little maintenance,

The place was clean but needs maintenance. We like privacy, both patio doors have the plastic vertical blinds. The door in the living room half the blinds were missing. The upper bedroom was missing a couple pieces. Many light bulbs were burned out. The alarm clock in master bedroom was broken. One of the lamps in the living room has to be plugged into the wall and unplugged in order to work. The remotes for the TV you have to push the buttons very hard to get them to work. I would recommend the place if all maintenance items were taken care of.

A Little Slice of Heaven

As soon as my girlfriend and I started to drive over the bridge to get to the condo we knew we picked the right place. We got there right around sunset and it was a breath taking view, as soon as we parked and walked up stairs and entered the condo we felt right at home. it was much more up to date then expected, beautiful floors and appliances, as well as a very open feel. The location was convenient to local stores and restaurants. this was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I, we had been super stressed with everyday life and this condo was the answer, it was literally several steps to the beach and once we were there it was amazing. we walked the beach drinking red wine during sunset every night and we swam in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico everyday. it was very nice to have a coffee maker there and all the cooking stuff we needed. the gentleman that we talked to on the phone was very polite and more then helpful with all of our questions. An amazing 5 star restaurant is only 10 minutes away that we went to call the beach bistro, it is expensive but well worth it during a relaxing vacation. we also dined at Bone Fish Grill and ate breakfast at First Watch, which are all literally 10 minutes away. also they have a great ice cream shop right down the road you can walk to. All in all this place had everything we needed from a large king size bed that was very comfortable and a large flat screen Tv, literally that is all we needed but it offers so much more. You can lock the door and stay inside all day and night and it will be perfect or you can unpack and literally spend all day outside. Great place we will be coming back soon!!!!
