Short and sweet - Awesome location right in the heart of the French Quarter. My wife and I felt 100% safe and comfy the entire stay. Lovely patio - we spent almost all of our time while at the unit on the patio making plans and selecting the next great restaurant to visit. Clean classy little unit with everything you need for a stay. We never cooked in the unit (too many restaurants and eateries to visit) but could have easily made any/all meals there. Very friendly owners. We felt at ease with them during every conversation. Only minor thing that did not fit us well was the bed. It was very nice, very comfy, just too soft of a mattress for our taste - but you'll never please everyone there. Oh, did I mention it is in between a Gelato shop and a cigar store? Dang Gina, what more could you want? If we are ever looking for a place to stay again while in New Orleans, this will be the FIRST place we check for availability.

Fun in New Orleans

This is a great place to stay - right in the heart of the French Quarter, across the street from the New Orleans School of Cooking and Emeril's Nola restaurant. There is parking nearby ($25 per day) that is very easily walkable (2-3 minutes) and everything you might want to see in the French Quarter is within walking distance. The apartment itself is perfect - everything you might need and lots of character too. It was clean and quiet at night; nicely furnished and updated, but still retaining the original courtyard and windows and doors with shutters. The courtyard patio is a great place to have your morning coffee. The owners were both friendly and helpful, providing good customer service. While in the area we went on a ghost walk, swamp tour, plantation tour and attended the cooking school. All were fun and informative.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend

We stayed in Mary's wonderful condo for my wife's 30th birthday with another couple and had a really great weekend! The location is perfect - right in the middle of everything but not too loud. Everything is within walking distance or a very short cab ride. The place is perfect for two couples or a family. Can't wait to stay there again!

We stayed in this condo Super Bowl week and everything is as advertised. The location is great because you are walking distance to everything (Bourbon street, restaurants etc). Personally, I think the condo is best for a couple but 4 people is workable. Mary was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all my emails. When I come back to New Orleans, this will be the first condo I check for availability. Thanks again Mary it was perfect.

Great location, quiet, perfect for couple

A great apartment and perfect location for seeing the French Quarter. We stayed here with our 6-year-old. He loved the apartment, as did my husband and I. We were so close to many attractions - aquarium, insectarium, Cafe du Monde,... The size of the apartment was totally adequate for the 3 of us, but would be ideal for a couple. There's no noise to speak of, as the apartment is located behind a street-front building. Parking is available within about a block. A great stay!
