Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Beautifully furnished second floor condominium in Castle Pines portion of PGA Village. Beautiful living room, dining room and lanai. Fully equipped kitchen. Two full bedrooms with two queen beds in each. Second bedroom has a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and microwave.

The apartment is literally 5 minutes from the PGA Village clubhouse and its three championship golf courses. Castle Pines is a gated community with its own pool and hot tub area. Guests have access to the Island Club with its own pool, social events and a well-equipped fitness room.

Monthly rental for January and February $3000. March is $3,500.

April and May and November and December are $1,750/month.

June through October are $1,250/month.

Weekly rentals available from $650 (off season). Weekends from $450 (three nights).

All utilities included.
