Relax and enjoy staying in this Upscale and Beautifully decorated 3 Bdrm/3.5 Bath plus Den Condo. It was remodeled and newly furnished throughout beginning of 2011. The spacious and comfortable living room features gorgeous tiled floors, high vaulted ceiling, recessed lighting, a pull-out 55' Flat Screen TV with Cable, DVD player and I-Pod docking station, and a Gas Fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen has a Ceaserstone Quartz countertop with new top of the line stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats 8. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The Master Bedroom features a Cal King Bed and 45' flat screen TV with Cable/DVD player. The Front Guest Bedroom features a Cal King Bed and 40' flat screen TV with Cable. The Middle Guest Bedroom features a Cal King Bed and Twin Bed. The Den/Office features a Queen Sofa bed for additional sleeping, a 40' flat screen TV, a desktop computer with Windows 7 and printer/scanner/copier.

Additional features include: Stereo speakers located throughout the house and outdoor patio; ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, den, kitchen, living room and patio; Wireless Internet Access; washer/dryer; gym keycard for access to associations fitness center.

The condo is located in the 24 hour gated community of Rancho Las Palmas Country Club across the street from ''The River'' shopping/cinema/restaurant complex and next to Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa. It is situated close to the tennis courts and club house as well as the Bob Hope gate entrance.

We have been regular visitors to Rancho Las Palmas (family owns in the complex) over the last 30 years, and I must say this is the most unbelievable unit we have seen. Terrific amenities and has everything you need. View from the patio onto the 7th hole of the South course watching the golfers make their approach (or land in the water) is a blast. Beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms tastefully done and plenty of room for everybody. Plenty to do around the area as well with golf, The River across the street, or just hanging out like we did. Christine (the owner) is extremely easy to work with, communication is excellent and noproblems what so ever. In fact, we already reserved for next spring break!

We spent 4 delightful days here enjoying the beautiful weather, tennis, and golf. The house is immaculate, spacious, and completely and comfortably furnished in a very modern, updated style. It works beautifully for couples, as each of the three bedrooms has its own spacious bathroom. The beds were luxurious. We especially loved the main family area, with the big flat screen TV, comfortable large sofa, and enough chairs for us to all hang out. We cooked a few delicious meals in the very well equipped kitchen, and used the large gas grill. We will definitely be returning here next year!

Every single thing about this vacation home was outstanding! It has been newly decorated in contemporary colors and furniture and is awesome. It is furnished with every convenience and amenity--absolutely nothing was overlooked. The location in the Palm Springs area is perfect. We found we could get anywhere within 20 minutes. We particularly liked the convenience of "The River" shopping area that is within walking distance of the condo. There we found a nice selection of restaurants and services.

The condo overlooks Rancho Las Palmas golf course. It is a great location to watch golfers dump their second shots into the pond in front of the green while you sip your favorite adult beverage on the well equipped patio.

Communication with the owner was A+. She was very prompt, reliable, and dependable. (She could set the model for VRBO owners.)

We will look forward to returning.

Really enjoyed the week with two other couples from around the country.Spacious,on the golf course, and close to dining and activities.Great electronics and internet connections which we used frequently. Would reccommend to multiple couples or family.
