Guests can enjoy the sugary sands and turquoise water via a short walk out the building. There is a beachside pool with plenty of room to sunbathe. There is also a BBQ grilling area available to guests. New elevators are nearing completion for the spring of 2024. Note there may be some elevator construction noise during working hours.

Silver Beach is ideally located within walking distance to seeral grocery stores, souvenir shops, shopping centers and restaurants.

1) The number of dogs is restricted to one(1) in peak season (Memorial day to Labor day) and two (2) in non peak season (after labor day to before Mem day)
2) Renter’s dogs are limited in size to a maximum of 20 pounds each.
3) Pets are not allowed on the Beach or within the Pool Deck area.
4) Pets shall not be left unattended on the balcony.
5) Pets shall not be allowed to create a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance or noise.
6) Pet owners shall be required to clean up after their pets and dispose of in appropriate outdoor receptacles. Pet stations and bags are provided in the pet walk areas. Permitting a pet to relieve itself in any common area (buildings, elevators, walls) other than the pet walk area is prohibited.

Security cameras: the property management has surveillance cameras scattered throughout the complex in the common areas and parking lot. There is also an exterior view doorbell camera on the unit. Any attempt to obscure, redirect or interfere with cameras will result in cancellation of booking without refund.
