The newly renovated and detached house (140 m²) in the ‘Neubachtal’ on 950 m above sea level is the perfect holiday location for families and couples which search for calmness and recreation. Here, you find walking and mountain bike paths as well as slopes which are directly in front of the house. The house is also applicable for 2 friendly families because of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 singles, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. The spacious living kitchen and living area offer enough space for 8 people. The wood stove provides a comfortable atmosphere. Accessing is also in winter no problem!

Spend your holiday in the community ‚Annaberg-Lungoetz’, district Lungoetz – 3 km in the Neubach valley. From the highway exit 56 ‘Huettau-Lammertal’ (Tauern highway) it only takes 10 km via St. Martin am Tg. Up to the holiday home. The lift and the free ski bus up to the ski region Dachstein west as well as the next Restaurant are 1 km away. The ski touring slope as well as walking and mountain biking paths lead directly to the house! Especially mentionable is the calm and sunny location with breathtaking view onto the mountains.
