3bd + huge loft w/half bath, 3.5 baths total. Free secure wifi and cable

La Bella Casa is a very nice beach house with a private lounge pool and is only one block from the Gulf! This is an ideal home for families with children as the walk to and from the beach is short and safe. The house is located south of Thomas Drive on the east end of the beach in an ideal location. Thomas Drive rarely has traffic congestion and you can drive to most of the attractions on the beach in just a few minutes. The house is just minutes away from nice restaurants (Capt. Andersons & Boat Yard), night clubs (Schooners, Club LaVela, Spinnaker), shopping (2 grocery stores within 1 mile, Walmart, Pier Park within 15 min.), boat charters, recreational rentals such as scooters bikes and jet skiis, St. Andrews State Park, and all the fun activities of the 'world's most beautiful beaches!' After a day at the beach, come back and grill out while overlooking the private pool. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient and quite place for a family vacation, this is it!

Layout of Rooms: The main living area of Bella Casa is on the first floor. This includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. We also have a queen guest bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The master suite, with a king bed and really nice private bath with a separate shower and whirlpool tub, is on the second floor. There is also a guest room with twin beds and a private bath on the second floor. The third floor loft area serves as a play area, second living room or 4th bedroom with bunk beds (2 twin size) and a day bed with trundle (also twin). There is also a large TV and a large activity table that is ideal for games or just hanging out. The loft also has a wet bar with mini fridge and a half bath. Off the third floor is a huge open sun deck with a view of the Gulf. This house is great for one large family or two smaller families to share. We can accommodate up to 12 as long as two are children. The bunk beds are not suitable for adults.

Great location and house layout. My only complaint is that the furniture in the living room needs replaced or professionally cleaned. The furniture was a little soiled from use. Malinda the property manager is second to none. She made the whole experience better with her service and professionalism.

Best House Ever!

Tom and Melinda (home manager/owner) were so kind. When we arrived, they let us have the house despite the fact that our check in time is still couple hours away. Not only the house is extremely clean, it's BEAUTIFUL! There are plenty of spaces to sleep and very quite area. The beach is right in front of you so you can feel the breeze every day and night from outside of your porch. Not only did we have an awesome stay, Tom and Melinda are very honest and never a clock watcher. They didn't mind us checking in early nor kick us out at exactly time. We left few items there when we left and they offers to ship to us and then check around the house making sure if we left any more stuff behind. Honest and man of respect! If you want to stay at panama city, you must call Tom! I did and would do it again!

Our Perfect Stay!!

We had a quick getaway with our 3 kids and two Scotties and we/they loved it. The stairs were not a problem at all. I have stayed in other houses just like this one by this same builder and they ALL have the same stairs, nice and wide with a large landing in the middle. (Makes me wonder if the lady above even reviewed the right house) And I slept great on the queen bed on the first floor. The kids loved the 3rd floor "clubhouse" as they called it and I loved the short walk (I counted 213 steps) to the beach without paying beach front prices.

Thanks for having it so well furnished. We needed nothing! Even had laundry soap!

Perfect get away!

I couldn't believe how close we were to the beach! The home was exactly as pictured except the actual kitchen table is even better than the small one in the picture on the site. The furniture and decorations were casual and comfortable. The home was clean and well equipped. The only negative is that you have to go upstairs to access the balconies which by the way are huge! Little kids or adults who have difficulty walking probably wouldn't like the stairs. Fortunately for them the living room, kitchen, utility, bedroom and a bathroom are on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor and a large loft that sleeps 4 on the 3rd floor. Another great feature for this home was I was able to bring my dog with me. There aren't many places this nice that allow pets and the ones that do usually charge a huge pet fee. The sunsets were beautiful! I'll definitely come back again.
