Currently there is a smaller table inside for dining that seats seating 5. Outside there is a table that will seat up to 8 but is only available during summer months.

Outdoor water activities and dock are only available during summer months (approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day).
We live locally and are available in an emergency. Otherwise with general questions or concerns please reach out and we are always happy to help.

The entire home and property are yours. We have one locked owner's closet and the garage is used for our storage too.
The main floor of our Lake Effect Cottage enjoys picturesque views of the water, featuring one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a full bathroom for your convenience, a cozy living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Venturing upstairs, you'll discover two more inviting bedrooms:
Bedroom 2 offers a second Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3 is a perfect for friends or family, featuring two bunk beds with full-sized beds on the bottom and twin beds above. Additionally, this room comes complete with its own TV for entertainment.
The upper level also provides an additional living space equipped with another TV and a selection of games for your enjoyment. For added convenience, there's a laundry area to meet your practical needs. Experience comfort and functionality throughout your stay at Lake Effect Cottage.
Step into the outdoor paradise of Lake Effect Cottage, where a spacious deck awaits, offering expansive views of the breathtaking Lake Charlevoix. This large deck provides an ideal setting for relaxation, outdoor dining, and soaking in the natural beauty that surrounds you.
This cottage also features a well-maintained dock, perfect for swimming and fishing enthusiasts. While it serves as a convenient entry and exit point for water activities, please refrain from using it to dock your boat for extended periods. The waters of Lake Charlevoix can become challenging, and prolonged docking may lead to damage, with associated costs passed along to you. Feel free to utilize the dock for loading and unloading your boat, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during your lakeside retreat.
