This luxurious villa is modern and spacious and has all of the comforts of home. It has a large pool and spa and large lanai area. There is a dock and boat lift and is truly a boater's dream You can even fish off of the dock if you prefer.

The 3 bedrooms are large and come with their own bathroom. The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped. It has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The villa is also equipped with wireless internet and free long distance calling in North America.

Our vacation villa is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Cape Coral. It is in the Cape Harbour area and is 5 minutes from Rumrunners and 10 minutes from Tarpon Point Marina Village.

It is a great spot for golfing, fishing, sight seeing, boating, shopping or just relaxing around the pool.

There is also a wonderful scenic/dolphin cruise that goes out of Rumrunners.

There is a local beach close by or Fort Myers beach is about a 20-30 minute drive. You can also easily visit Sanibel and Captiva islands.

There is plenty to do and see!

When we first saw the pictures of the property at the time of booking our vacation we thought the house was exactly what we were looking for. Walking in the house took us by surprise - it was even better! Tastefully furnished, fully equipped kitchen and generally very well maintained interior/exterior not to mention the fact that one could enjoy morning coffee by the canal before the daily round of golf. Just perfect - definitely one of the best if not the best vacations we ever had.
