House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-7)

Beautifully completely remodeled free standing home with large fenced in yard that is completely pet friendly for dogs (no cats).

Would possibly accept a long term rental until end of May and then would like vacation weekly rentals.

House is totally luxuriously furnished with anything one might need to set up housekeeping. Kitchen completely furnished. Wine cooler is installed for those who enjoy entertaining while watching their favorite television programs or football.

Three bedrooms and 2 baths. Washer and Dryer inside.

Internet included and all utilities.

Past Sportsman Marina and very close to Bear Point in Orange Beach. Perfect for the fisherman and beach lover. Plenty of room to park large boat on trailer or Sea Dos in fenced in area of yard to secure. Boat ramp at end of street.

Dog owners rejoice.

We looked in five states for a dog friendly place in a resort location and we finally found one. The 90x300 privacy fenced lot with 50 trees made our dogs happy which made us smile. The owners have done their job by updating the home and providing all new furnishings. The manager did her job by being informative, helpful, and always friendly. The location 10 miles east of 59 and two miles east of 161 has the beach, restaurants, and all needed retail outlets, a short drive away. Our February 2012 stay was absolutely delightful. Don't forget to walk down to the public access on the bay to watch a beautiful sunset.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly
Owner's Response: Renters were a delight. A pleasure to have great guests that take care of your property and belongings. They are welcome back anytime and look forward to their stay again next year.
