About Shaun Simmer

Our family has been traveling to Okoboji every summer for many years. Each year it gets harder to leave. So, we decided to buy a place of our own, so we knew we'd always have a comfortable place to return to. It's been the best decision we've made.

We chose Bridges Bay because it's a great place to spend a vacation year round Whatever the weather, there's always something to do. From relaxing by the outdoor pool, to sitting in the hot tub...from fishing in the pond to snowmobiling in the winter, from boating on the Lake to shopping & dining at the great restaurants.

What makes this cabin unique

The kids LOVE the endless activities that Bridges Bay has to offer. The adults love the convenience, safety, and relaxed feeling the Lake offers.

We aim to provide the perfect value. We want guests to walk into one of our cabin and be happy they chose it. We also want them to be thankful to have everything they need while they are away from home. We want everyone in their party to sleep comfortably and we want them to have an awesome time! But most importantly, we strive to help guests value the experience enough to come see us again.

WHY PAY $200 PLUS FOR A HOTEL ROOM? We have a cabin that sleeps at least 12 with a full kitchen. You will save money on having to eat out every night while having plenty of room for everyone. A lot of people share the cabin with other families. WE OWN 2 IDENTICAL CABIINS, SO IF THIS ONE IS TAKEN, PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT THE OTHER!

Simply email/text us the dates you want. We email you a rental agreement & you fill it out & send it back to us with 1/3. You send the other 2/3 either by April 1st (for summer rentals), or within a week of renting (for Winter rentals).

The cabin was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend of fun. Our grandkids enjoyed the passes to Bridges Bay and had alot of fun every time they went to the pool. This

This is a GREAT place to rent!!
Our family stayed at this cabin so we could all get together in one place for a weekend. This place was very nice! The house was clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed, including a crib and all the pots and pans to make Easter dinner!
The kids liked the water park and we liked that it wasn't just down the hall!
Shaun was excellent to work with, very prompt answering our questions.
Yes, I thinki it is safe to say we will be going back!

Beautiful Cabin!

We went up to this cabin with a group of ladies for my sister's bachelorette party. The cabin was beautiful and well taken care of! We had a wonderful time and even took advantage of the Bridges Bay Waterpark passes to hang out in the hot tub!

This was an amazing vacation for our family! They had every amenity you could ever imagine accounted for, everything was clean and convenient. The water park passes came in very handy when there was a rainy day, and the owner was extremely accommodating and friendly. We would recommend this to anyone!
