Moss Creek is conveniently located just 1/4 mile from the HH bridge and only 8 minutes from the center of Hilton Head. Yet in the past 5 years this adjacent area to HH, Bluffton has become the place to shop, dine out at many fine restaurants and live. Moss Creek's amenities include two world class 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, biking on our nature trails, a state of the art newly design ocean style pool with lap pool & kids pool, new health center and a restaurant in our Club House that's as good as you will find.
I will briefly describe our home then follow with greater detail. This beautiful home consists of three large bedrooms with 3 full baths. The living room and dining room are attached and offer comfort and spaciousness. The eat in kitchen with a deck off the side of the house has all the tools to make you feel at home. There are multiple decks with a sun room and gas grill for cooking out. The two car garage is attached to the front of the home.

Rates: mim rental is 4 days @$135/day +$125 exit cleaning fee
month $2525 iincludes all charges.
Note: Covenants require renters with a pickup truck between 9pm and 7 am to keep the truck in the garage with the garage door closed.
