Property is located Mission Blvd, on the corner of Brighton Ct. in South Mission Beach.

This huge 2 bedroom penthouse has over 2000 square feet of space for you to stretch out and enjoy. Don't be fooled by other 2 bedroom ''cottage'' listings that are 600-800 sq ft. This unit offers you plenty of space to let kids play while parents relax.

The 1600+ square feet of interior area is accented by three decks/patios and peek-a-boo views of the bay and ocean. Yes, that's right, this condo is conveniently located right between Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. You are less than 200 yards from each.

This retreat has been furnished with custom built furniture, much of it hand made in Mexico. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed while the 2nd Bedroom features dual twin beds. Living area has a convertible couch that can sleep two additional people.

Description Cont. : An additional twin size foam mattress can be provided upon request. A child's crib is also available upon request.

Amenities include: High-speed wireless Internet, gas fireplace, new 40'' HD TV with DVD player, BBQ, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. A private, secure garage fits mid-size trucks and SUV's with plenty of room to spare. Full size trucks and SUV's will fit snugly.

All major San Diego points of interest are just minutes away including the San Diego Airport, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla, Gaslamp District, Little Italy, Old Town, San Diego Harbor, Mexico and Sea Port Village. World class golf courses and other attractions abound in the Mission Beach, San Diego area. Bicycle, surfboard, and skate rentals are available at the nearby Belmont Park. The restored roller coaster ''The Coaster'', and ''The Plunge'', a huge indoor swimming pool, are also located at Belmont Park.

Mission Beach is the closest thing in San Diego to classic East Coast beaches like Atlantic City and Coney Island. At one time, it was a thriving summer circus of vacation rentals, carnival games and other seaside concessions. Over the years, bungalows have been turned into condos and hot dog stands have been replaced by hot night clubs, but the circus is clearly in town to stay. Expect to find all kinds of free-spirited folk, skating, surfing and cycling. But that's only one side of the Mission Beach story. You'll also find middle-age professionals out for a run, kids learning to sail at the Aquatic Center, and families picnicking on the grass or enjoying the attractions at Sea World and Belmont Park.
