There’s a guitar, recently strung and well set up; original artwork on the walls; board games; DVDs; magazines and books to entertain you. Cable TV, WiFi, clock radio, iPod charger, and more.

The bedroom has a queen bed, lots of extra blankets and pillows, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and great lighting for night-time reading.

Guestbook comments from the owner
I am so grateful for renting this place. Both my wife and I were very pleased with it and hope to find a place much like it to live in. We only thought it sad the television wasn't connected to the internet for Netflix, but that was easily remedied with use of a laptop. Thanks so much!

My husband and I moved from the East Coast in the late 60s and chose to stay in Utah because it offers so many outdoor activities. Between us we enjoy biking (both road and mountain), skiing (of questionable abilities), hiking, snowshoeing, participating in basketball, indoor climbing, hiking, or whatever else seems worth trying.

Mostly, we have been self-employed--my husband at Acoustic Music in Salt Lake City, and me as a local artist and art instructor.

Sandi Olson & Hardin Davis purchased this condo in 2011

A couple years ago, we rented a condo so we could have a 'Park City experience' in the summer --mainly mountain and road cycling--(and to ease my pain of a really big birthday!). The pure air, miles andmiles of bike trails, and the splendid mountain views sold us on having a summer retreat fairly close to our home--one that we could enjoy in the summer and share in the winter months.

The location of this condo is great because a car isn't necessary--every need is satisfied by walking or taking the free bus. Park City abounds with entertainment events all year round--many of them free to the public.

DON'T RENT: No A/C, Don't Use Towels, Threshold Broken

DON'T RENT: No A/C, Don't Use Towels, Threshold Broken
  • 2 of 5
I stayed here for three days in July. Beware that the condo has no A/C. There are ceiling fans but they are not sufficient on hot Utah summer nights. It is also very noisy. There is loud bus traffic night and day. The condo instructions written by the owner assure guests that they are not fussy about muddy mountain bikes left in the hall or a late checkout. However, the owner kept part of our security deposit because apparently we "stained" the washcloths? What are washcloths for? They were not stain free when we arrived. Another issue: the metal strip on the front door threshold was not attached. Because it had moved, we were unable to lock the front door. When we got down to look at it, we saw that the screws were stripped, so we had to take the metal strip off. The owner sent an email saying that "Also I can't even imagine what happened in the entry way but we are able to take care of that ourselves." The problem was there when we arrived. We moved the strip so we could walk in and out of the door and so the door would not damage the strip further. She also complained about towels being left wet in the tub. Where should wet towels be left? We didn't want to leave wet towels on the floor. The owner did give my sister a free night because the condo was ready early. That was generous. However, I can not recommend this condo.

Owner's Response: Please read our other guest reviews since this one in no way accurately reflects what we or our condo offers our guests. In contrast, our “paying” guest left a very nice review in our guest book and has given me permission to post it in an effort to negate this one’s impact on our business. She also said she would try to get her sister to remove her review. Our guest is totally understanding of the need to replace 8 towels/washcloths that were heavily soiled, used for other than their intended use (by her sister). And, yes, I am grateful that she left them in the tub as they were sopping wet! It’s unfortunate the strip on the door came off during their stay, but I apologized and reassured her she was not at fault. Our VRBO listing says there is no air conditioning. Our new Milguard windows block out 95% of heat and are effectively sound dampening. The condo stays very cool during the hottest of days if the door is closed in the afternoon; we also provide a heavy duty fan in addition to ceiling fan. Since installation of the windows, we’ve had nothing but very positive reviews from repeat guests about noise and comfortable temperatures. Also please note that buses do not run during the night in the summer and traffic virtually comes to a halt.

Relaxation, ease and convenience

  • 5 of 5
This was my third stay at "Sandi's retreat," as i call it. It was great to return to her place and know it would be an excellent experience. Each visit, Sandi has added extra personal touches and it is obvious comfort of her guests is her priority. The Location is so convenient for any activity you may want to avail yourself of. I have already booked my
next stay at "Sandi's retreat."

Perfect Park City Condo!

  • 5 of 5
The condo is so close to everything! This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this place & it gets better every time! Right on the Free bus line (but so quiet with the new windows). Just short walk from famous Prk City Main 5 minute walk to hiking trails galore under the ski lifts! The deck looks directly onto the golf course! With the pool & hottub to relax away tired muscles & star gaze, I could have stayed all summer! A great summer get away!

Couldn't have found a better place

Couldn't have found a better place
  • 5 of 5
I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Park City. The condo has everything we could possibly need and is walking distance to the lifts. We could see the mountain from the balcony. The biggest challenge was crossing the road in ski boots but once you've froggered your way across, you're pretty much there. That being said, there are lights about 50 metres from the complex where you can cross safely during peak hour. There is also a bus stop across the road that took us to the outlets and market places in Park City. The owner is extremely accommodating and is very easy to get in touch with. The place was very clean, comfortable, quiet at night for a good night's rest and warm enough that we didn't need to use the fireplace. Security deposit was also returned promptly. Thanks Sandi!

Perfect in every way!

  • 5 of 5
My daughter and I stayed here for a ski week. Sandi's condo is everything she says it is! Cozy, warm and feels like home. So many nice touches that you don't find in many rentals. The bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels were top notch. Everything you could possibly need was provided. So nice to have the basic spices and condiments. The welcome basket was such a nice surprise. Even though it is right on the bus route, you don't hear them with the windows closed. Very convenient to walk to the Eagle Lift (5 minutes), the bus stops are very close and it is a nice stroll to Main St and all the shops and restaurants. The art work was beautiful all throughout the condo. Sandi is very talented! I Highly recommend this condo!

Great spot in a great location

  • 5 of 5
The location is ideal, and downtown and other major Park City attractions are within walking distance. All kinds of amenities made this a comfortable stay, from Q-tips and toothpaste (I'd forgotten both!) to a gift basket. The view of the slopes is lovely too. Those sound-dampening windows must've done the trick, because I could not hear any traffic noise.. not a bit. Owner was helpful and accomodating. Would happily come back!
