The Owner purchased this hotel in 2006
Why The Owner chose Bay St. Louis
Jane has lived in this area for over 12 years. She purchased this home in 2006 after Hurricane Katrina washed 2.5 ft of muddy water and debris through the house. A labor of love brought the house back to its original splendor, and it served as her residence until 2011 when she and her new husband purchased the bungalo next door for their home and fulfilled her lifelong dream of turning Carroll House into a Bed & Breakfast. As the Gulf Coast recovers from Katrina, Bay St. Louis has begun to thrive again, A new sea wall, marina, and many new businesses are underway. Carroll House is perfectly located in the heart of the historic district, within walking distance of it all!
What makes this hotel unique
While at Carroll House you will enjoy exemplary service steming from the pride that Jane and Kevin take in their business and town.
