` Once the reservation is made the number of guests or days cannot be reduced. We have a two night minimum stay. Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability. Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $400 per day. If you need extra towels, pillows or blankets don't hesitate to ask. Laundry service upon request with an extra fee depending on the amount. Please ask with 24 hours in advance. In Mexico City we don’t use heaters neither air conditioner. We recommend you to keep track on weather forecast and make your bags with clothes that will fit better according the weather.

Enjoy your own apartment with kitchen, dinning and living room, 2 bedrooms, one big with queen size bed and one small with full bed both rooms with full bathroom and all the things you need to be comfortable. The second room is located next to the kitchen, they are not close to each other. This stylish decorated apartment is 80 square meters with very nice interiors, like parquet floors or good water pressure. It's located con 3rd floor with two elevators, and has a janitor on daytime.

I care a lot about taking care of the guests and make them feel at home, as you can see in my reviews I am available either by Whastapp message, you have my cell phone to be in contact all the time.

Condesa is one of the safest areas of the city with lots of security, walking distance to the best hotels, delicious restaurants, bars, cafes and very close to downtown and impressive and historical places like La Roma, Polanco, and the Anthropology Museum. In Condesa you can choose to eat in a fancy restaurant or street food. You can drive, walk, use a scooter or rent a bike for a week and go wherever you want.

Uber its cheep, safe and always available. There is a "Safe taxi base" 2 blocks away and Metro Patriotismo is 1.4 km away, and if you don't feel like walking, you can take a bus just in front of the apartment.
