While it is not on the water it is close enough to the bay, 3 miles away, that it has cooler temperatures in the summer than areas farther east. Because of this it is pleasant and comfortable in the summertime. The temperature in the summertime is usually in the low 70's where this property is located. Besides windows there are patio doors to the balcony from several rooms to allow good airflow. There is a ceiling fan for the living, dining and kitchen areas. Portable fans for the BRs.
