Based on the online ad, I expected so much more.
My wife and mother in law were going to sleep in the master and when they pulled the sheets back, there was what appeared to be biological trace left behind by what I assume was the previous guest.
There are relatively few bath towels considering you are at the beach. Bring your own beach towels too.
Only 1 of the 5 light bulbs above the breakfast table was working.
One of the bathroom doors was sticking so bad, you could barely close it.
Most of the dishes were filthy and we had to wash before using them.
The fireplace remote had dead batteries.
Dog friendly, but make sure your dog has foot booties since the grass burrs are so bad.
Door handle on main floor bath was so loose it was about to fall off.
Beach club is 1/2 mile down the road.
Lazy river is 1 mile down the road. We were told to get signed up at the beach club to get access, but when we got there, the lock was was not there since it had rusted away. Anyone can get in there.
It is a nice place, but the owners are not caring for it the way they should.
If they decide to start maintaining it properly, I think it would be a great place to stay. Just remember how far away the pools are. This was a sore spot with me.
The view was amazing from the porch and I really enjoyed sitting out there looking at the Gulf of Mexico.

If you stay with us, we always walk the property with you to ensure things are in good working order. We try our best to account for every detail that could affect your stay (e.g. spare light bulbs and batteries are always on hand in a closet with first aid and misc. supplies!).
