Covered balcony with great gulf views. Covered two car carport. This unit is in good condition and feels like home. Owners take good care of it.

It has all the amenities of a beach front townhome without the beachfront price. The balcony is confidently located on the second floor. Downstairs is where the bedrooms are, and this unit has a king in the master and a queen in the second bedroom. Wax up your board and put on your wetsuit, because Surf's Up Too will carry you away.
