Luxurious 2BDRM/2BATH 950 square ft villa in sunny OSOYOOS, BC. This ground floor entry unit features - beautiful tiled entryway and great room with large area rug, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central A/C.

Master Bedroom has a new queen sized bed and bedding, full bedroom suite, large closet, 3 piece mater ensuite and LCD TV with DVD player.

Second Bedroom has two double beds, all new bedding and large closet.

Patio/Outdoor

BBQ and large patio area with patio furniture and seating for 6. The unit is located directly beside the pool, hot tub and fitness room.

Unit is just steps to the private dock and public sandy beach. Relax and suntan on your private patio or one of the two grassed areas or take a swim from the large private dock with designated swimming area. Try a morning jog or sunset walk alongside the lake on the designated walkway.

A 10 minute walk to Osoyoos' themed amusement area 'Rattle Snake Canyon' tons of fun for kids and adults alike.

Clean and spacious, great location close to everything, including the border. It was like a home away from Home.
