This spacious, 3-level cottage boasts a seasonal lake view from its secluded, wooded lot. Native cedar/beaded board walls and hardwood flooring create a feeling of coziness and warmth. The screened porch is just the spot for relaxing your cares away! Wonderfully comfortable beds assure you will wake up refreshed. And, the cook in your group will absolutely love the adorable, chef-friendly kitchen equipped with every imaginable gadget and all the basic spices. Get out on the lake with your boat (put in at Conley Bottom or Point Road - both 5 min drive) or rent a pontoon from Conley Bottom Marina. The water is invitingly crystal clear! Good fishing too!

At days end...: Drive onto the lake's shore at Point Road, set up your chair and take in the beautiful sunset. Back at Serenity Ridge you can gather around a fire you've built in the outdoor fire pit (wood provided) or snuggle in for a movie selected from our DVD library on the 37' flat screen TV, a game of cards or a good book from our collection. Or, you can enjoy the recreational facilities of Golden Pond Resort which include: corn hole, swimming pool, tennis and basketball court, a sand volleyball pit, horseshoes, a gazebo with grills for picnics and a play area for the little ones.
A few things to know...: The SCREENED PORCH offers cushioned, wicker furniture for relaxing with table/chairs for outdoor dining. The DECK on the front of the house is furnished and is a nice, open-air gathering spot. The LAKE VIEW is seasonal and overlooks Conley Bottom Marina through a wooded area. CELL PHONE signal easily attained for major providers. There is a broadband WIRELESS INTERNET connection on the property. Our goal is to keep the inside of our home SMOKE-FREE but, the screened porch and deck offer a serene and relaxing place to smoke. Unfortunately, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS due to the hardwood flooring throughout and to ensure an ALLERGY-FREE environment for all guests. There is a GAZEBO located in the resort's shared recreational area with charcoal grills for guest use. Serenity Ridge is KID FRIENDLY -- we have provided 2 child gates to block off stairways for the safety of your little ones and a toddler booster chair to pull up to the dining table.

In addition to amenities listed, this cottage includes a ground-level patio with table/chairs for 8, fire pit with wood provided, alarm clocks in each bedroom, book library and board games. This home is fully-equipped and ready for your enjoyment! You need only bring your food, paper products and any alcoholic beverages you care to enjoy during your stay (this is a dry county).
There is a Waterpark, old-fashioned Drive-in Movie Theatre and shopping Mall in Somerset which is a short 20 minute drive away.
