The Fraser Valley continues from Winter Park northward, encompassing many winter and summer activities. Cross the slight rise at Granby, and you continue north to the lake and town of Grand Lake, with its unique Western riff on Switzerland, and then onward to the western gateway for Rocky Mountain National Park.

We are a professional family from Iowa who has been coming to Winter Park for more than a decade for outdoor activities.
The Owner purchased this townhome in 2011
Why The Owner chose Winter Park
Our kids learned to ski in Montana, and we have skied many places across the West. Friends and great annual lift pass deals first brought us to Winter Park; we fell in love and have continued to come back.
As our children have grown, we decided to make Winter Park a permanent destination for family reunions and get-togethers. We are happy to share our home with you and hope to see many repeat visits!
